Vicki Sachs was excellent to work with both times. My clients were extremely happy.

I have never taken an orchestrated bus tour before. Normally when I travel I select a city, Pick a hotel and maybe do a day trip or 2. We purchased our plane tickets in January of 2017 for an October trip to Sicily, to commit ourselves to this trip. Being quick on action and slow on research, I realized that without being familiar with where I was going, the trip would most likely be a bust. As the trip was so far off I kept putting off finding a tour agency. My picked up the ball and found Keytours on line. She connected with Jessica, who had the patience of a saint, as I was asking ridiculous questions. Now as we already had our flights purchased, Jessica worked very hard to help us find a tour that would fit within our schedule. (Lesson Learned... Book the flight with the tour company, it would have been less expensive and would have synchronized with the tour). For the price we paid for the tour I was expecting less than standard accommodations. Well I was totally wrong. The hotels that Keytours used were 4 stars. The rooms were great, the food was fantastic and the hotels were in very nice locations. The tour guide Andrea was super knowledgeable and made the tour very special. The one thing that I was not expecting was the relationships that were developed with the other people on the tour. Thanks you Keytours and the associated Jolly Tours for such a wonderful experience! I will surely use your services again!

I had some clients who came back from Italy on a trip that I booked through Key Tours. They raved about the hotels, private transfers and tours I had arranged with Key Tours so I had no problems at all. I have used Key Tours in the past and have really had great success! The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because of in the past couple of bookings I had been told a certain rate only to have it go up in price within a day or so of quote. I am not used to this as my clients need a few days to really think over the cost . Other than that I totally think Key Tours has been wonderful and easy to work with. Totally will recommend them!

Sandy at Keytours was phenomenal. The whole experience was better than expected and we will be working with Keytours again!

I cannot say enough about the experiences I have had, while using Key Tours for my clients. From the booking & reservation process with Vicki, to the documentation, all was well done and professional. When my clients come home, they give me rave reviews about how everything was handled, from the transfers, train travel, hotels and tours. You can use Key Tours with confidence.

I was a little leery as we used a Groupon for this trip which was a first but Petra at Key Tours was great! She was very helpful, friendly and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Chicago wasn't listed on the Groupon but she was able to get us a flight from there at no additional charge. We asked to extend our trip for a couple of days which she took care of immediately and made sure we had transportation back to the airport. We did the Harry Potter tour at WB which was fantastic! I would recommend Key Tours and will use them again.

Key Tours are my number 1 choice for Europe. They have never let me down. I constantly get comments sayinf "Everything went like clockwork, or "It could not have been better", even "Perfect" shows up periodically. Trevor Tooze, Travel the World, Livermore, CA
