My Sis Shavahn did her thing, never used her services prior to this trip to Vegas and it was exceptional. It allowed me to be stress free cause I'm not savvy at all with bookings so she worked her mojo which allowed me to make 3 payments versus having to pay all upfront since I didn't have it all right away. Booking travel with Gone Again Vacations was so relaxing for a change. Didn't have to worry about watching fares or checking dates and time like we usually do when traveling. We had a great experience, Shavahn provided excellent customer service and communication was clear, concise, and swift. I did not have any complaints with the booking. All our information was input into the system to include advantage numbers and TSA pre-check, passport numbers, etc. All we had to do was go to the airport. From day one Shavahn was great! Millie and I needed help planning a retirement celebration for our sister from another mother and Shavahn & Gone Again Vacations did their thing!!! We all so appreciated her expertise, kindness, knowledge and the extra mile she went to ensure all was perfect for our celebration in Punta Cana, DR.
