Our actual trip was amazing, however, our travel agent was not very much help at all. She reserved our flights only to find out later they were gone. This happened 3 times. I finally had to reserve our own flights for the trip. Our agent was completely useless. After arriving, we found out that several people on the same itinerary were offered upgrades that we were not. I asked about tours and additional info and she said we are pretty much on our own. There was a flight option rather than an 8 hour ferry ride and our agent did not offer us this. The trip was amazing so I gave a rating of a 2 but the over experience with our agent was a zero. Travel agents are supposed to make your travel a bit easier but this was not the case at all. Wish we would have used a different agency.

Sandy did a great job, both with finding just the right hotels for my clients, and when a tour did not go as planned, in coming up with a solution, and making sure the clients were taken care of. She goes above and beyond for her customers, and I would highly recommend her.

We purchased a Living Social voucher to travel to Paris and Barcelona in May, 2017. Sandy was wonderful to work with--very responsive and willing to help us secure the right flights to Paris and Barcelona. Our stay in Paris was fantastic. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood that was very walkable. Our hotel in Barcelona was a bit off the beaten path and was not walkable. Additionally, we wish that our flight to Barcelona was a little earlier in the day as we only had 2 full days in Spain compared to 3.5 in Paris.

Our experience with the stay and tours in Athens was very good. From the transfer to the hotel and the pick up and drop off for tours went off without a hitch ! The tours were good but the guides not so good as they didn't care to see if people could hear them or not. The one day cruise was a perfect ending to our stay. The weather was perfect for April.

Having just returned from a 10 day Classic Turkey tour, I would readily recommend Key Tours. As a Travel Agent, booking with Sandy Compol was a pure delight. She was knowledgeable, efficient and caring. The tour was well organized and the accommodations and meals were excellent. Yesim, our Tour Guide was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She shared her insider views about Turkey today as well as covering historical information.

We had a great time! Our only complaint was the Hotel in Stocklhom (Comfort) Rooms are too small and house keeping is poor.

They are flexible in their approach, so that they can tailor-make vacations specifically to your tastes and budget. They are thorough. We just got back from a tour to Europe and every detail of the tour was anticipated and executed without a hitch. The partners that Keytours work with overseas have the same culture of customer service. We gave them a budget and they faithfully stuck to it. I am recommending Keytours to all my colleagues who travel overseas. My wife and I are very happy customers.

The staff at Keytours are amazing people to plan your trip with! I have been working with Sandy and have been extremely impressed with her assistance. Whenever I have a question that pops into my head about the trip, all I have to do is email her and Sandy replies with lightening speed! Not only are her response times quick, but she also is very knowledgeable and a joy to work with! I will definitely be planning more trips with Keytours in the future!
