I have worked with Esin S for many years. She has always been helpful, knowledgable and prompt, and when we've encountered any issues, she is great about helping to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Great Trip Amazing Sites and Great Price Best Value I could find on the Internet. I highly recommend Osman! Greece was amazing I had so much fun going to the islands and Athens. Even though it was off season it was still action packed. Only downside for some is the tour doesnt hold your hand. If you need someone to hold your hand for the trip this may not be for you. If you want a free adventure to do what you want and plan on your own this is the trip for you!

Absolutely a great experience. Better than I hoped.

As a travel agent I found Key Tours and the agent extremely easy to work with. My clients did an independent Italy tour set up by Key. They had a great time with no complications.

We haven't even gone on our trip yet but if the customer service we have experienced from Sitare to help plan our trip to Turkey is any indication of how Key Tours does business, we know we are in for a fantastic time. We travel often with tour groups but the high level of service Sitare provided us with has been unmatched. She has gone above and beyond to answer all our questions, helped us plan a trip extension for no extra cost and has spent hours collecting information and emailing me back and forth to make sure we have the perfect Honeymoon. We will definitely be referring people to Key Tours and traveling with them again!

Nese and Esin at Key Tours made booking my Turkey trip a breeze. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy a hassle free trip to Turkey. Initially I was hesitant to go to Turkey because of bad press highlighting security concerns but I felt safe when I was in Turkey. It is truly an amazing place, Istanbul is strategically located in an unparalleled location between Europe and Asia. The shopping is exquisite, the food tasty, and the fruits are bursting with flavour as if it is peak season all year. Cappadoccia with its fairy towers is a magical place where you can enjoy scenic landscapes and historic churches hidden in hills. Konya with its whirling dervishes is a delight. Pamukkale glows in a snowy sheen all year. Hierapolis with its theatre, museum and historical ruins is a mesmerizing place. Ephesus with the library, temple of Hadrian, theatre, temple of Artemis, enables travellers to walk in the footsteps of history. I would go back to Turkey in a heartbeat, and would buy another trip from Esin and Nese at Key Tours.

I love working with Key Tours, great team, the acct. rep I work with is Osman and he is always amazing. Eager to help, super patient with any changes and delivers wonderful itineraries. A great rep to work with, a great team of experts on each country and the fantastic service that Key Tours offers is the guarantee that each travel agents needs for many successful trips. ! Keep up the great work!

This was a great trip, and Osman was a key ingredient! We are seasoned travelers, and understand that an inexpensive trip comes with some compromises. That being said....the hotel rooms were clean, the staffs helpful, and the experience fantastic. We love the freedom to set our own pace, and visit the sites we are interested in.....Key Tours allows for that. Looking forward to booking a trip to Turkey, where we hope to have lunch with Osman !
