My clients just returned from a 10 day trip to Italy, this is my letter to your amazing travel agent Esin: Hi Esin, How have you been? I have been meaning to email you. Our clients, the Pesces, posted TONS of pictures on FB and were RAVING about their vacation. I noticed some friends asking about it, so who knows??!! I may be reaching out to you again real soon. Apparently you saved the best for last because they especially loved the last hotel they stayed in. And that pool and those views were stunning! The transfers and trains went well and they liked how the tours were spread out and short, leaving them room for down/family time. Thanks a million for all your help..

Samantha was a very helpful travel agent. She was patient with my questions and inquiries and requests. The correspondence was delayed at times due to Samanthas busy schedule which had us lose out in some airlines and search all over agaun. For the most part the trip to Greece went smoothly. The individual who provided us with our itinerary when we arrived was helpful and open to assisting us in Athens, he even helped us book a tour and offered suggestions and recommendations. Overall the trip went well. Samantha was available to help adjust our trip to meet our travel needs and accommodations. I am grateful to have gone through a travel agency than to plan this trip on my own. It helped make things less overwhelming. It would have just been nice if the package included some tours as i saw some other travel agencies do through Groupon. And i wish i was informed that many hotels and businesses and restaurants on the islands would be closed during off season. I could have better planned or prepared. Overall, the trip was enjoyable and a good experience.

Americans it’s time to visit the wonders of Egypt! Keytours provides an excellent package of flights, tours and accommodations for the affordable price of going to the Caribbean. The Egyptian people are so friendly, fun and welcoming, the English speaking tour guides are fabulous and then there are the awe-inspiring monuments and antiquities. The camels are really cool to see too! Please visit Egypt to help make our world better connected and boost the Egyptian economy. They need us and treat US like treasures. Our safety was not a concern. We were expertly guided by Rummy Tandon of Keytours and she efficiently arranged every flight, greeter and tour. She was really pleasant, easy to reach and coordinated all the itinerary details with us. Rummy provided an easy vacation so all we had to do was travel! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

My sister and I purchased the Classic Turkey option. We were very pleased with the itinerary and overall quality of our tour. It is a great introduction for first time visitors. Our guide was knowledgeable and experienced, and went out of her way to meet the needs of all travellers. The accommodations met expectations, and some of the experiences were truly spectacular (don’t miss the hot air balloon in Cappadocia, even if you dislike heights). My only recommendation is that you extend your stay in Istanbul. There is much to explore in this vibrant, colorful metropolis. A couple of days barely allows you to scratch the surface!

Keytours Vacations did an EXCELLENT JOB coordinating and organizing our trip to Egypt!! As a first time traveler to Egypt, I did not know what to expect and there was so much uncertainty. However, the Keytours Vacations team made my journey to Egypt SAFE, seamless, unforgettable, and enjoyable. Starting with Cornelia Sridhar, our travel agent. Cornelia was very patient with us as we were undecided, initially as to which airport we should start our vacation from. I initially paid to fly from Dulles, then my friend wanted us to fly out of JFK. Cornelia, made the changes without hesitation. I appreciate her for that. She also helped ups create our individual itinerary which included a visit to Luxor and the Valley of Kings, a day trip to the Red Sea, Camel rides, and Safety: Throughout our stay, Keytours Vacations emphasized that our "SAFETY" is their number one priority. From the time we arrived in Egypt, up until we were escorted back to the airport for our departure, Keytours Vacations provided security detail. Our security guard accompanied us on all of the “group” excursions. This made me feel extremely safe. Seamless: Keytours representatives were waiting for us as we disembarked the airplane. They met all of the Keytour travelers and ushered us to our tour bus. They remained with us throughout our stay. After arriving to the hotel, Keytours representatives conducted an introductory meeting outlying what to expect during our visit. They introduced themselves and again, emphasized that our safety was their number priority. On the last day of our stay, Keytours Vacations conducted a closeout meeting outlying what to expect regarding our departure. There were NO unanswered questions regarding our entire trip. In addition, for those of us who planned for individual excursions; such as a trip to Luxor and the Red Sea, Keytours travel agents and representatives made sure everything was taken care of, to include securing the best drivers, tour guides, flights, and activities. Our meals were taken care as well. This was AWESOME!! Unforgettable: At the end of the introductory meeting, my friend and I wanted to go to a well-known restaurant, Felfela. When we asked for directions to Felfela, one of the team members stated that he would take us there and he did. We all walked together and the tour guide STAYED. We truly appreciated him for his unselfish deed. We did not expect him to stay. But he did. The next morning and each morning after, we meet everyone in the lobby to debrief the day’s activities. Each day, we were told exactly what to expect and we were giving the opportunity to venture on our own at most of the sites we visited. Our tour guide had a few “surprises” for us, to include a visit to the Orient Carpet School, which was amazing and unexpected, our tour guide told us about an Egyptian wedding that was taking place at our hotel, another amazing event, our tour guide explained the Islamic prayer while we were touring the Mosque, our tour guides helped us with translation, converting our monies, and so much more!!! Our tour guides were very accessible and responsive. Truly UNFORGETABLE!! Enjoyable: EVERYTHING was enjoyable. I was able to dine like the Egyptians (sitting down), we visited the open air market, the pyramids, and Egyptian Museum…. Everything was ENJOYABLE! I highly recommend Keytours Vacations!

Keytours provided us with an excellent tour experience. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and helpful. You are picked up promptly for everything. At the hotel they are always around and they will make every effort to answer all questions. Even after we were dropped off at the airport to depart, suddenly I saw a Keytours representative to help with making sure our customs declaration form was properly filled out. I have nothing but great things to say about Keystones.

When I first booked this trip, I was nervous about traveling by myself to Egypt. My booking agent, Sitare, reassured me that I would be okay. She was absolutely right! Upon my arrival to Egypt, I was so happy to see the Keytours sign, I wanted to hug the sign holder. Fast forward to the last day of my trip, I was sad to leave beautiful Egypt. I not only made friends from my group, I made Egyptian friends with the guide team (Rehab, Hossam, Mahmad, Iman, Mahmoud & Rami). They were “on call” to us 24 hours. A few people from my group will join me next year for the other Nile Cruise Tour because we had such a great experience! Thank you Keytours Egyptian Team for the lifetime memories
