We just returned from our trip to Egypt. My Sista Gloria wanted to celebrate her birthday with a trip that said WOW and our vacation was just that! We were hesitant about traveling to Egypt after the recent terrorist bus bombing. We are so glad we went. KeyTours and Nile Sun Tour staff was amazing! We started our vacation in Aswan with UZ as our travel guide on a cruise on the Nile. We were paired with a lovely couple from New Orleans. U.Z was good and very informative. We continued our vacation in Cairo. Hosone, Rehab and Omima were our guides and they were fantastic! They were available to us 24 hours a day.They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. They made us feel safe and entertained. Thank you KeyTours for making Gloria’s birthday a WOW celebration. I plan to return to see other parts of Egypt with my family. Florence

The tour was fantastic. The hotel accommodations on the other hand left a lot to be desired and were by no means of the 4 star rating that was communicated.

Hi everyone. My boyfriend and I went for a getaway in January,to Egypt. It was one of the best experince we both had so far. I loved working with Esin our travel agent, She was the best, every question I had about the trip she replied as soon she could. I will use Keytours in the future. I was very pleased. My wife and I joined the 7-day Egypt tour during Jan. 9 to 16, 2019. Our Keytours agent, Ms. Rummy Tandon was excellent and very responsive from the beginning to the start of our 7-day tour. All arrangements were made professionally, timely and carefully. We would give Rummy the highest five-star service. The tour package was very good, including the flights, the 4-night Nile river cruise (Royal Ruby), and airport transfers. The optional excursion from Aswan by air to Abu Simbel was excellent and very worthy. The meals on board Royal Ruby were good and clean, and the dining room services were good. The concierge service (front desk) on the river cruiseship Royal Ruby was excellent. We are very happy with Keytours, and the Egypt tour package. The Nile Sun travel company in Egypt is very good overall. Our only concern was with the tour guide. He could not explain the histories, sites or tour logistics in a clear manner (or language), perhaps due to his somewhat limited English language capacity. However, the tour guide did try very hard to explain the logistics and the background histories, just not very well done. Several members on our tour group felt that the stores that the tour guide took us for shopping (on two days and nights) were significantly over-priced (compared with other local shops), such as the spices shop, the perfume shop, the papyrus shop, and the alabaster shop. Overall, we were very happy with Keytours. Ms. Rummy Tandon deserves recognition and applause for her excellent services.

I would definitely recommend this company. Satire, our travel agent, was amazing to work with! She saw to every detail, responded timely to all inquiries and ensured that we had all the information/documentation needed for our trip. We were pleased with all the accommodations - only pleasant surprises!

KeyTours did a great job planning my trip to Egypt! Rummy was our travel agent and she was very helpful in making arrangements for flights, the hotel and excursions. The tour guides on the trip were exceptional and shared so much of their vast knowledge and expertise. I saw many parts of Egypt from Abu Simbel to Cairo. I was blown away every day with the rich history and wonderment! My only criticism is that the accommodations were not 4-5 star but 2-3 star. The boat and hotel were adequate but certainly nothing special. I assume this is due to US standards vs Egyptian standards. One suggestion I have is that it would be great to have a daily itinerary available during the week with optional add-on excursions and price for each. Also where/when to meet for the next day’s adventures. This was all verbal communication from our guide and was confusing at times. My friend and I felt safe the entire time and were reassured by our guides about how safe Egypt is. Once you are used to the Tourism Police and security checkpoints at every stop, it all becomes routine and no big deal. We are two tall blonde American females that didn’t exactly blend in and we were fine. Egyptians are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a guide with us from the time we arrived at the airport until the moment we checked in for our departing flight. This was also very reassuring. I recommend that people visit Egypt and be amazed by history! KeyTours does a great job planning the adventures and the guides are some of the best!

The trip to Egypt was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. I travel for work and travel internationally since my husband is British but this trip far exceed my expectations. I was excited about the trip and was looking forward to the experience but even that level of excited was far exceeded by the experience I had on the Egypt trip by Keytours Vacations. Our small group was added to another small group and we all had so much fun we suggested a reunion trip. Our Trip Expert was Esin Soydemir who I highly recommend. She answered all my questions before the trip which were few since she sent complete packages of information to prepare us for the trip. I am looking forward to my next trip by Esin!

We got back from our trip last night and although we are very tired and jet lagged we had an AMAZING trip!! Everything was so great, including our wonderful tour guide Omayma. Our travel agent with Keytours, Cornelia, was so great and answered every question in a timely manner and was very patients with all of our requests and questions. Everything and everyone was so welcoming and great with our 1 year old sonom our trip as well. We look forward to another trip to Egypt and with Keytours! Thank you again!
