Extremely smooth proccess. Car titles that have a lien on them from the seller take quite some time to arrive, but other than that the entire transaction was easy and stress free. And the most important thing for me: completely eliminated the anxiety and apprehension of sending a large wire transfer to someone you dont know. The handling of the paperwork they do is just an added bonus to the escrow service. Highly recommended if you are buying a car with cash, above an amount you dont feel comfortable wire transfering!!

First time user. I was very impressed. The process is seamless, the customer support is top notch and the pricing is reasonable. While UPS let me down on title delivery, I was paid within hours of KeySavvy receiving it. I would suggest overnight delivery if you're wanting to get paid quickly. If your selling a car (or buying) with someone you don't know, this is a great way to handle the transaction. I'll definitely use them again.
