My goodness, what a fantastic company. I found an EV as a private sale and KeySavvy made everything so simple and clear for both buyer and seller. I feel like they are a bargain for what they offer. I highly recommend.

The website made it so easy to sell my Tesla. They took care of everything, paying off my loan , collecting the money from the buyer. Start to finish my tesla the transaction was complete in 4 days. The website was easy to use and understand and i did it all from my phone. I called customer support on Saturday and they answered and were very helpful.

Incredibly complex, cumbersome process for a seller. The cost to overnight FedEx my title to them was double the KeySavvy fee. Very poorly thought through workflow & buggy automation. Would never ever use or recommend again

We’re sorry our process didn’t meet your expectations. After reviewing your transaction, it seems you may have received inaccurate information from your buyer regarding payment status. One of the key benefits of our service is ensuring funds are secured before a vehicle is released. We understand this situation can be frustrating, which is why our team steps in to safeguard the transaction. We’re glad our customer success team was able to resolve the issue with your buyer and that the transaction was completed successfully.

Incredible customer service. Seller my car with key savvy was the best thing I could do . They took care of of all of the paperwork and transferred the money within minutes of selling the car. I won't sell a car without them ever again

The service was amazing. They walk you through the entire selling process, including esign documents, what to expect, next steps, everything is just done for you. I wish every car I buy or sell Would go through Keysavvy! Also payment was deposited on the day they received my title! A+ service.

I will write this review but I don't think it will ever be posted. I got sucked in to being involved with Keysavvy by a buyer of my car. The process was very long with lots of hoops to jump through including sending my title to them. As it stands my car is on the way to the buyer. My title seems to be lost by UPS and I'm sitting here with no money. I would never agree to this process again.

We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We guarantee that sellers will be paid once the vehicle has been transferred, but an important part of our process is to ensure we have the physical title in hand before we initiate the seller's payout, if the seller has their title. Your vehicle was transferred on 4/22, and we received your title and initiated your payout on 4/24. On 4/22 our team reached out to offer an alternative solution to process your payout faster, but we did not receive a response. We understand that our process may not be suited to everyone, but we do pride ourselves on being able to stand behind the guarantees we make to both buyers and sellers.

Super easy to work with. Customer support answers in 2-5 mins every time. And they work with your bank.
