Seamless Tesla Purchase & $4K EV Credit
Buying my Tesla Model S P100D through Key Savvy was a great experience. Everything was simple, secure, and clearly explained. They handled the title and payment quickly, and I was able to get the $4,000 used EV tax credit without any headaches. It felt good knowing such a big purchase was in good hands.

Incredibly smooth transaction. I had my doubts when I found KeySavvy, but it all worked just like it was supposed to. And it was amazing to get the Federal used EV incentive.

If I could give 100 stars I would, I had so many mixed feelings about using this company to sell my car just for the simple fact of having to send the title to them and then let the car go to shipping before being paid. Let me tell you, I would do it again and again, there support team is Top notch! They answered any and every question I had very quickly, they guided me through the entire process step by step so there were no uncertainty’s. They make out of state sales incredibly easy and safe for both parties! I can’t say enough good things about them, I really can’t! If you are considering them please do not hesitate, listen to them and follow there directions and you will have no issues! Thank you all so much!

Key Savvy provided no explanation of how to address the title transfer…
Key Savvy provided no explanation of how to handle the title and payment. They spent much time with registering my drivers license after it took six times for their program to read it on screen. I ended up communicating with the buyer and that person had to wire the funds and I had to overnight the title. It was a mess and we would have been better off without Key Savvy. Do not use them.

After reviewing your transaction, we found that the required documentation was never completed. For vehicles with non-standard VINs, we do require a clear photo of the VIN plate. When you informed us that the vehicle did not have a VIN, we reached out to your buyer’s DMV to explore any possible solutions. Unfortunately, your buyer’s state requires a VIN inspection before a title can be transferred. One of the key protections of our service is ensuring the buyer can successfully register the vehicle in their name. Without the VIN documentation, we could not proceed with the sale. Your dashboard would have shown both that additional documents were needed and that the buyer had not yet paid, so the vehicle should not have been released. We would never request payment from a buyer until we could verify the VIN.

This was my FIRST time using KeySavvy.
This was my FIRST time using KeySavvy. Various people 'held my hand" through the entire process They were available MANY hours 7 days a week The wire transfer from KeySavvy to my credit union on a SATURDAY LATE AFTERNOON was within MINUTES! I am SOOO happy I used them and I would refer them to EVERYBODY - a WELL SPENT money for SAFE buying and selling. Thank you KeySavvy!! 😊
