KeychronReviews of keychron.com

I bought a keyboard from them after reading I can return if I don't like it within 7 days. The website said if you would like to return you need to email them and they will respond with the warehouse address. They also noted that you need to cover the return shipping cost. I went to return and after emailing asking for the warehouse address, they responded saying the warehouse in Hong Honk... meaning I have to pay for shipping from USA to Hong Honk. They deliberately left this information off the website and only tell this to you after... SCAMMERS

Keyboard arrived over 3 weeks after order. Ordered it from the UK website, which stated 5-10 business days. There is no phone number to call and all customer service is done through emails. Emails are rarely responded to and if they are, it is only after a few days of waiting. Refund process is difficult and shipping costs for refunds must be covered by the customer (keyboards are very heavy so postage will be very expensive). If interested in their keyboards (which are good keyboards) I suggest you buy it from a legitimate UK reseller - John Lewis sell them) rather than going direct to the company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, over the years there have been many companies where the product was posted but it was not delivered in a week or 2 but if you email support they would usually try to rectify it. Not in the case of Keychron, they don’t even bother to reply, let alone fix the issue. I will have to try and claim the money back through the credit card company by the looks of it. Stay away is all I can say!!

I ordered a keyboard and waited 3 weeks for delivery - then unfortunately Royal Mail ended up delivering it to the wrong address (not Keychron's fault of course). But then I tried to get in touch with support to investigate and get a refund. All emails I have sent to support have been unanswered. I am now £114 out of pocket. Going to try and get my money back via PayPal but it could take months. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Avoid!

Ordered a keyboard but it didn't arrive. Keychron have ignored all emails for weeks and no refund. Luckily I ordered by credit card so have resorted to requesting a chargeback.

A £100 keyoard that never worked properly, a lot of glitches. Very frustrating to use. A £20 keyboard works much better than this overpriced one. Customer service is borderline insulting; offering zero solution and suggesting buying a replacement product? Not giving me the confidence a replacement product would be any better!

I ordered a Keychron K2 Pro. Within a few months I had issues with the product. Getting customer support is comparable to Homer's "The Odyssey". They make you go through hoops, I suspect as a way to make time and to mentally fatigue until you quit. After several replies, describing the issue, posting video proof, posting serial numbers and proof of purchases... nothing. They ghost you. Zero comunication. Stay away. Do not buy from Keychron.
