Keychron makes really quality products and thier service is top tier. I have 2 mice and a keyboard from them, all of them are amazing and I am a keyboard snob. When I lost a USB dongle I got a new one quickly with minimum issues and got perfect instructions when pairing did not work on first try. A really good experience overall.

Got the Keychron M6 which I absolutly love. But the main reason for this review is the service. Asked for an invoice which I didn't get from the retailer, got it the next day. Then asked to add the VAT on the invoice which was missing (needed it for europe tax). Got that the next day. Might be trivial, but it shows to me they care about there service.

I have never had easier customer service, so simple and easy as well as getting straight to the points of what’s wrong and showing them. Absolutely amazing return policy, how can you not love it all!

I have always loved my Keychron K10 HE, but there was one thing that was lacking. My favorite color is a rich cobalt blue. The closest I could get since purchasing it looked almost teal-ish green. Not quite the blue I was looking for. I recently noticed that there was a firmware update for my keyboard, and after installing it, the blue that I love so much is finally showing up in my backlight. The customer service with this company is amazing, and I will be a customer for life!

Bought K2 HE through Kickstarter and it is easily my favorite keyboard. Feels nice, sounds nice, looks nice. Spilled a full glass of water on it, reached out to support about dead keys, fixed it with calibration. Can't beat a quality keyboard robust to my stupidity.

Daisy was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and understanding of my lack of a video camera. She kindly parsed the information that I gave her and is sending me the part that she thinks will resolve the issue for my beloved keyboard.
