I've got Keychron M6 8K (silent switch) mouse at first, and this is the best mouse I've ever had for all use cases (gaming and work). However, a bit later I began noticing that If you click on the leftmost side of the left main button, the clicks aren't getting registered. After consulting with AI, I confirmed that this is due to silent switch peculiarities. I recorded a video about this issue and sent to Keychron support, asking for a discount for a new M6 8K mouse, but with the clicky switches this time (returning the mouse seemed to be too much work from my country), and they offered a 15$ discount. I've got the clicky version and it doesn't have the issue with registering clicks on the leftmost side of the left main button, and it's a perfect mouse. I've also stopped experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome with this mouse (probably because it's so light). So, I wouldn't recommend getting the silent version for gamers or anyone who typically clicks closer to the leftmost side of the left main button. The clicky M6 8K version is a perfect mouse.

Support did a great job. Hope I don't get additional issues with updates however.

Great customer service. The team actually replies to e-mail inquiries in less than 24 hours. Quick and accurate answers. We own two keyboards. They've lasted despite gaming and many essays. I had to pay import tarrifs unexpectedly. The team refunded me quickly. Great experience.

Despite shipping taking just a little longer than expected, the keyboard was DEFINITELY WORTH IT! The quality of my K4 Pro exceeded my expectations and I absolutely LOVE using it for typing and gaming. I came from a "C-air" w/ brown switches and went with reds in this board. While the slight tactile bump is absent (unlike brown switches), I actually prefer it for gaming. My only issue was my ESC key - the text didn't print all the way. While this isn't a big deal at all, I did reach out to Keychron and they rectified the issue VERY quickly (thanks, Lynne!). From now on, Keychron is going to be my go-to for keyboards. I really don't see a reason to spend my money anywhere else.

Really solid keyboard, excellent customer service and just overall very pleased with Keychron. :)
