Not great experience
First time I placed an order with them it took about 3 weeks to deliver in Canada. I also got dinged with a duties charge. The keyboard is just okay for what you pay for.

Mixed bag. I ordered a Keychron K1 in January 2020 and was really happy with the product even though it arrived in a very damaged box. Wasn't too much of a concern as the product still seemed to work fine. Fast forward a few months later than the satisfying click of the left 'control' key had stopped on my blue switch keyboard. Contacted customer services to be told they could send me a replacement key switch. Fast forward again to a year after my first purchase and I was starting to get key strokes either not registering or duplicating as if the key was stuck down even though it mechanically wasn't. I contacted customer services and they went above and beyond to resolve my problem and sent me a completely new keyboard free of charge which I could keep in addition to my faulty one, amazing! Apart from the keyboard they sent me had the wrong type of key switch. I contacted customer services again to get this resolved and have now waited over a week to get a response to the multiple emails I have sent. I'm currently still using my old keyboard as I would like to exchange the replacement with the correct keyboard but they're ignoring my emails presumably because it's too much of an inconvenience. Pretty great product, almost outstanding customer services but not knowing where I stand with something I use for work daily is a major problem and has tainted my experience with Keychron.
