Ordered my Keychron Q1 QMK Keyboard on Sat, 28 Aug, 10:58 Order #235276 I have email support many times and they are now telling me that i have to pay an additional remote fee of $31 to receive the keyboard I already paid for. 30 September 18:55 still no confirmation that my item has been shipped. Keychron Q1 QMK Custom Mechanical Keyboard - Fully Assembled / Carbon Black / Gateron Phantom Brown Keyboard:$169.00USD Shipping:$34.00 USD Total:$203.00 USD

I needed to return the K6 keyboard due to a manufacturer fault, YOU CAN'T RETURN PRODUCT WITH BATTERIES TO HONG KONG, They know this and will not provide you with a prepaid label. I tried many shipping services and they said that the item is prohibited due to the battery. FEDEX was the only company that said they could return it, for £130. The person I was speaking to provided NO help and I'm suck with a broken keyboard.

One of my keycaps was broken on arrival but they refused to send me one without charging me. What would this cost them? A couple bucks? Their website only includes glowing reviews. They use judge.me which allows them to hide negative reviews from their website. These guys are dodgy.

Kunden Support sagt: ((Sorry for keep your waiting, the package is still in the way back to our warehouse. Once it arrives, we will email you.)).

Ordered keyboards but it never arrived and it’s been almost two months. Have had a total of 21 emails discussing what to do and they refuse to refund my money. And also it’s always the same automated emails from “ Jacqueline”. Not impressed and I’ve requested a dispute with my bank. Avoid them, they’re not an American company, they’re based in China Shenzhen and they will rip off of your money.

Keychron support is not responding at all. I've wrote them 3 emails already during 3 weeks period, but so far there is absolutely no answer. Keyboard k3 is great, but it has a defect usb-c port and I'd like to a claim a warranty.

No delivery to France...

Customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. They take a week to respond, and do absolutely nothing for you when they do respond. They were not going to do anything to help us until PayPal stepped in to assist.
