absolutely abysmal - avoid keychron UK. I ordered a keychron q1 v1 back in June(!) that arrived DOA. I have managed to get a replacement PCB off them which has only just arrived (early september), but it's for the V2. this would be fine, except the V2 PCB does not physically fit in the chassis for the V1. I will be requesting a return of funds from my credit card. This is simply unacceptable practice to be trading in the UK.

Warning - if you order in the UK (keychron.uk), the order will arrived from a UK address using domestic shipping (Royal Mail), but if you try to return they expect you to self-find to China!! I would steer clear of this company.

Never got my delivery. The customer service is horrible. I'm already working a month on resolving this issue with them. They keep repeating the same things over and over. They refuse to give my money back. Luckily I can make use of the buyers protection of PayPal.

The warranty is only 1 year, this is important to know if the keyboard Bluetooth only works for about that long. At which point you can buy another one at 15% discount. Isn't that great?

Very bad customer service.. I received a keyboard that doesn't function how its supposed to. (the bluetooth doesn't work (it was supposed to be a wireless keyboard)). First it takes the costumer service 2 weeks to answers me. Fair they might be busy. Then they tried fixing it via email. Fair would be nice, if they could get it to work. But this is where things get shady. After concluding that the product is not working, then they offer me "half of the price in return because it works with a wire" I kindly decline the offer, and tell them that i was shopping for a WIRELESS keyboard. Im then offered "a discount coupon for USD45 credit".. Like is going on here???? Imagine buying a pair of shoes and when you get home then there is only one shoe.. Going back you're offered a discount coupon on the "other shoe"?? Like.. Yeah I know the one shoe fits (i know it works with the cable), but i want both shoes. You might ask yourself.. How did it all end then?? This is where things get juicy (does i really get better.. YES!) Im then told to send my information, serial number (for the broken keyboard) and so on, so they can ship a new one to my address, great! Buuuuuut no. They just stop answering and i did NOT receive any new keyboard whatsoever.. In conclusion. DON'T BUY FROM KEYCHRON!

Horrible customer service and awful keyboard. Would never recommend it to any one, kept disconnecting whilst typing.

They just...never sent me the keyboard. They just took the money and ran. They say it's lost in shipping as if that means I should be out my money. Simply disreputable, high risk.
