The keyboard is OK. Quite overpriced, though. But it came faulty. Two keys not working. Then you have to deal with customer service, and here is the problem. As other people wrote, is slow and pitiful. The store appears to be located in the USA, but it's in China. They ship the keyboards from there. And they want you to pay for the returning shipping costs if the keyboard they send you doesn't work. Crazy. Disrespectful and blatant, kind of like you're dealing with a pickpocket on the street. Never again.

I recently bought a Kechron Q2 Max. I had been previously using Q2 Pro and upgraded to Q2 Max. The keyboard is hopeless and worser than Q2 Pro. massive double typing and mistyping. the space bar types twice which you could see in this review. I felt I have been robbed. not sure if I can sue them to get my money back. please do not buy Q2 Max.

Bought a keyboard on Black Friday, 14 weeks later and it still doesn't work. One of the (hard soldered) switches is faulty but Keychron take weeks to reply to every e-mail and then just try and suggest ridiculous troubleshooting steps rather than process the return. Eventually went down the chargeback route with my bank. I'd encourage others to do the same as this might put some pressure on them.

Keyboard was broken upon arrival, never received the spare part to fix it. I am waiting 9 months already for the spare part and the Keyboard is collecting dust. Never again

I have never purchased a product that caused me as much frustration as their keyboard. I own more electronic devices than I can count and this is the single worst piece of garbage I own, I don't even have the heart to resell it to someone else. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

I have the Keychron keyboard - A few things I want to highlight 1- return is not available (you cannot return the product once you paid for it ) 2 - its software(Bluetooth) is worse - it won't work properly 3- the battery in the starting you get 1 week but later on 3 to 4 hr only(i have been using it for 6 months)

Keyboard command key snapped off within five weeks of use..... shocking build quality. Customer service directed me to amazon who they say they only have a 30 day return policy.... I work on excel its not exactly aggressive typing....

Scammers no customer service. No product they are scammers
