Keychron keyboards offer some of the best value in the industry. I've owned three of their products personally, used each extensively, and I'm impressed with each and would suggest the brand to anyone. Their customer service even refunded the sale price difference when a sale was launched two days after my purchase from their website when I emailed them about my frustration.

I had a question about my new keyboard and I received an email the same day giving me a step-by-step of what to do. It worked and I ended up asking a couple more things that were on my mind and I got another reply within the hour. I really like the keyboard I got, the keys feel really milky to press, really silky its nice. I got the V6 Max with red keys. There are extra keycaps that come in the box and one of them was to swap out the red ESC key for one that matched the rest of the keycaps so I did that because I preferred it not red.

They understood my question exactly and provided detailed instructions on some different things I could do. Fortunately for me, the first one fixed my issue. Great customer service experience, great product, they have earned my brand loyalty.

When an RGB LED on my brand new K1 keyboard stopped working, Keychron got me the replacement part I needed in a reasonable time frame. So on top of being awesome keyboards, I am solidly confident in their customer support as well. Customer for life!

The key switch started acting strangely, but they were very kind, helpful, and thorough in their support.

The customer support person that helped me was extremely patient and the most helpful support I've received on inquiries similar to this. I feel comfortable reaching out to them for anything that I may need and knowing they'll try their best to help me out.

I lost my two key caps from my keyboard, Keychron did their best in finding the missing ones in their warehouse as a replacement. I just had to pay the shipping fee, and my keyboard looks great again.
