I downright hate my K4. There's something about how they positioned the keys that make miskeys VERY common. Never been an issue for me in the past. I had to remove the Num Lock key completely because it would keep getting pressed by accident and changing how the number pad works. Customer service doesn't exist, it's community supported (at best). I'll never waste my money like this again. Redditors are dumbasses.

Shoddy product and support. Keyboard arrives faulty, they refuse to replace it. £120 down the drain ... email support non responsive once software based faults had been eliminated

Größter Müll. Dieser schäbige überteuerte Haufen nimmt einem wirklich die letzten Nerven. Switche gehen nach der Zeit einfach nicht mehr und wagt es die Switche austauschen zu wollen. Dieser rotz verbiegt die Pins edirekt. Nie wieder. Ich bete dafür dass ihr in die Insolvenz rutscht.

Mouse stopped working via receiver 2 months after I got it. Reached out to support who said I had to contact the seller, but they said I had to reach back to the manufacturer. Keychron refused to provide trouble shooting support until I demanded it. Then asked me to perform a test that can only be done on Windows PCs and not Macs. When asked when it will become possible to perform the test on Macs, they just said "That's how it is for now" and gave no date. Horrible support and I'm left with a mouse that doesn't function properly.

Horrible support for Linux systems, lots of problems with bluetooth, never again...

I ordered switches, according to site it had to work with my model without any details. But it's appeared that I need special equipment to solder, to pull old switches. Local service didn't want to work that and return keyboard back. Support doesn't help at all and ignore my complaints. To get refund I have to pay shipping cost which is high relative to switches. All their stories about sustainable business are fake. Btw, when I switched from Linux to Macos Bluetooth connection started to drop after some time and I have to restart Bluetooth, keyboard to continue working, which is annoying.

I had no idea the support was this bad. I had heard good things about the product, and I will say that the keys that work are really nice. The problem is I had one malfunctioning key, followed all of the "support" suggestions they kept feeding me, and still the issue persisted. Instead of allowing me to simply return the item, they said "we didn't find such a problem in our test," which is strange since I didn't get to actually return the product. I really regret buying from this company, and I hope others read this before making the same mistake.

Zuerst hatte ich das bekannte Problem, dass bei meiner Tastatur ^ und < vertauscht waren. Der Support war nicht wirklich hilfreich. Ich hatte mir auch Keycaps bestellt, die zum Teil verbogen waren. Als ich diese zurückgeben wollte, hat man nicht auf meine Mails reagiert.
