The Good: ================= Keyboards: Their keyboards are amazing! I own the Q6, which I want to make my endgame keyboard. I modded it, and purchased MT3 keycaps from Drop. I love everything about it <3 I owned briefly their V6 and V3. These are good boards, especially for those just getting into the hobby. But there are better boards out there with better value. The Q6 is not cheap, but so much better quality than the V series. I love the acoustic foam and metal case of the Q series. Customer Service: Great customer support. They were responsive, and worked to make my issue right. I was very grateful for their help and support. The Bad: ================= Keycaps: Their keycaps are of the worst quality imaginable. They are absolute trash, especially for how much money they cost. I expect quality like that from AliExpress or $20 sets off Amazon, but not from Keychron. Especially after they produce such good keyboards. I would recommend to save your money for a good high quality set from one of other online retailers/manufacturers. TL;DR Their Q series keyboards are bonkers awesome. Skip the V series. Don't buy their keycaps. Thumbs up for their support.

Just got my keyboard today, i wish i would have known about the delivery times - when i visited the website i assumed it was a UK distributor but it is not it will get delivered from keychron in china. That being said this is by far one of the best keyboards i have ever owned, the build quality and feel of the keyboard is next to none. changed from a corsair k100 to the k10 pro from keychron and the quality is just so noticeable. i will say i will be ordering more stuff from keychron, what i will order i have no idea but i cannot wait to get to use this keyboard more. For context - I ordered the keyboard on Saturday 29th march arrived on the 8th of April, i dont think that is bad considering its come all the way from china! With all that said, i want to say a massive thanks to Keychron for opening my eyes to a better quality keyboard!

They make seriously well engineered products. I bought a Q5 max and it is by far the best keyboard I ever used.

Alles wie bestellt. Bei mir passts. Zufall? Der Versand hat zwar um die zwei Wochen gedauert aber von Ende Nov/Anfang Dez völlig in Ordnung. Mein Exemplar kam aus Hong Kong. Zustand makellos, absolut keine Macken am Paket oder Gerät. Tastatur an sich: Haptik hochwertig, alles top. Leider kein Treiber/Support für VIA aber funzt trotzdem. Die Tastatur behalte ich ❤️

Eigentlich würde ich eine 4.5 geben, da meine PCB der Tastatur durch Wasserschaden den Geist aufgegeben hat. Nach Kontakt zum Support habe ich einen neuen PCB zugesandt bekommen. Kostenfrei. Es hat einen Monat gedauert bis zur Lieferung, aber nach eigenem ersetzen lief alles super. An sich ist die Keychron K10 Pro die ich mir gehollt habe super und hat ein Schreibgefühl wie keine andere Tastatur die nur 110 Euro kostet mit Versand. Overall sehr zufrieden.

Am 28.10.2024 habe ich meine Keychron Q6 Pro bestellt inklusive Handballenauflage und Oil-King Schalter und sie ist heute am 08.11.2024 angekommen. Da die Tastatur aus Hongkong versendet wurde, bin ich mit der Lieferzeit von weniger als 2 Wochen sehr zufrieden. Zudem muss ich auch den Kundensupport loben, der mir innerhalb von 5 Stunden auf meine E-Mail geantwortet hat und auf meinen Wunsch hin meine Bestellung unkompliziert und schnell geändert hat. Die Tastatur macht von Anfang an einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck von der Verpackung bis zur Tastatur selbst. Sie kommt in Folie eingeschweißt und es gibt zusätzliche Keycaps für einige Sonderzeichen für das deutsche Layout. Zusätzlich wird Werkzeug geliefert, welches ausreicht, um die Keycaps und Switches zu wechseln und die Tastatur zu modifizieren. Ich persönlich habe die Tastatur mit den Oil-King Schaltern ausgestattet und zusätzlich mit Klebeband und Filzstoff modifiziert. Insgesamt ergibt dieses Setup ein sehr schönes Klangbild und es fühlt sich sehr luxuriös an darauf zu tippen. Wer es gerne "thockig" und nicht zu laut mag, dem kann ich dieses Setup sehr empfehlen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt meinerseits wäre, dass es nicht für alle deutschen ISO Tastaturen alle Sonderzeichen auf den Keycaps gibt. Beispielsweise fehlen bei der Q6 Max oder der Q6 Pro mit PBT Keycaps die eckigen und geschweiften Klammern und dort gibt es keine zusätzlichen Keycaps für die fehlenden Sonderzeichen. Leider findet man zurzeit auch nur wenige Angebote im Internet für alternative Keycaps, die alle Sonderzeichen für das deutsche Layout abdecken. Deshalb finde ich es schade, dass man auf wichtige Sonderzeichen verzichtet, um möglichst alle Kunden abzudecken. Bei der Q6 Pro mit ABS Kappen sind aber alle Sonderzeichen dabei. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Service und der Qualität sehr zufrieden und kann diese Tastatur jedem ans Herz legen, der Wert auf hochwertige Tastaturen mit luxuriösem Tippgefühl und Klangbild legt und der seine Tastatur individuell gestalten und modifizieren möchte.

My keyboard had a defective key. After about a day, they sent me a brand new keyboard and were extremely caring and understanding. I will buy more in the future.

I have heard a lot of bad about Keychron support, and I for a really long time tried to find a local reseller of a keyboard I wanted without success. So during a sale I made an order directly from Keycrhon. The product was great, except for two of the keys that were a bit scratched up. I contacted Keychron and sent a photo, and no questions asked, they shipped replacement keys within a few days. Maybe I got lucky, but my experience was good, and I love the product.
