I am a new customer with key bank
I am a new customer with key bank, one of the first things the fraud department did was deactivated my card,( they said they suspected fraud). I have purchased items from Israel that cost many hundreds of dollars; when I tried to purchase some clothes from a department store on line for (107.00), with a few cents, they deactivated my card, after deactivating the card, they never called; or texted to verify if I was the one making the purchase. When I reported this to a manger named Ralph, of the contact department, he said, their fraud department was small; and that they couldn’t afford to text; or call everyone when they suppect fraud. But I thought that is their job????? Oh by the way, did I mention that he was rude????? Ralph the manger from the contact department. This happened to me from my home in East Amherst, N.Y.
