Normally, there's a 4 day hold on checks from lenders even when the checks lender are in the same state. I live in Pittsburgh Pa and I borrowed money from a credible lender in Cranberry, Pa. less than 12 miles away from the bank. She knows the check is good because I have borrowed from this lender multiple times. Its the Local Managers discretion whether to release the funds or not to: she released the hold! The people working at the local branch I rate at a 10, being kind, courteous and professional. They shouldn't have their pay cut for following policies at t he local branch, in fact should have a pay raise! For being the professionals they are. ....in today's world, why can't we have our money electronically deposited into the Customers account?

They are okay not completely desirable, the phone bankers give you different answers about simple questions, one lady spoke like this, I don't see no reasons, and sounded like she had no teeth, um, their zelle stuff is the stuff of nightmares, I am astounded at all this that I just have to laugh, my advice is only go with them if you can't use a different bank, however they are very forgiving of fees and 8 times out of 10 kinda know what they are doing

I have been with Keybank for over 20 years. I never had a problem they didn't respond to quickly and fix.

I have had my investments and worked with a financial advisor with affiliate Key Investment Services for several years. Until recently when the financial markets have taken large downturns because of the pandemic and Russia's invassion of the Ukraine, my investments have done very well and I have yet to be charged a fee. I have also found the customer service in general to be very good and my financial advisors to be very competent and easy to work with.

Update: Recently had issues with a purchase, which required me to contact customer service many times (both Keybank and another company). Customer service with Keybank has been great. I've talked to multiple people over a short period of time. They all were very friendly and helpful with my issue. I'm surprised with all of the bad reviews. I've been with Keybank for years now and I've had a great experience with them. Amazing customer service and I rarely have problems with them. The only downside is that there's no Keybank locations where I live, but it still works well online for me.

My friend is a new customer with keybank, she enjoyed the services from their branch in Ohio. I'm thinking to open one for myself. There's a ton of security features that makes it safer.

KeyBank is an easy-to-use banking service for your savings or checking account. I would definitely recommend banking with Key as their customer service is super friendly and always helps me with my problems. They're very knowledgeable, and their services are pretty standard. Only problem is that they're not super big so finding an ATM with Key is difficult depending on where you're located.
