overall KeyBank is very slow when comes to large sums of money and when u have a hold on ur account except this one time where an agent was fast as well as secure the whole way agent Chenaye 100/10 experience who was kind enough to do her job faster than her peers got rid of a hold in like 10mins the agents I got before took to long so I had to reque for 20 mins ig they don't wanna do their job that is very concerning for someone working at a bank. example I bought a car with my card never again it took 2hours and 30mins to send the cash by that time the car was bought by someone else and I lost 2k thankfully we where able to come to an agreement for another car he owned I still can't believe lost the deal of a life time 2012 Nissan model now I have a 1995 Yukon v8 MORAL the world is not running out of resources its running out of resourceful people and my v8 is a gas sipper
