This company makes unreliable products and does not stand behind the products or warranty at all. I was given the run a round and told I would be getting a replacement coffee maker 3 times by customer service. I was told to discard my broken one that was 2 months old and was the second I purchased in less that 10 months. So I put in the trash , once Keurig found that out they said I wont be getting the replacement because i had to return the broken one. Liars , cheats and scammers. Do your self a favor and go purchase a Mr. Coffee , it will last a lifetime.

I have replaced the smaller model 4 in…with larger model
I have replaced the smaller model 4 in 6 months. I thought if I spent more it would work. I paid $200.00 for a coffee maker that doesn't work. I am tired of buying a product that doesn't work along with a bunch of unhappy and unqualified employees. I will be switching brands.

This company does not stand by their warranty agreement
We purchased a new Kuerig K-Iced single pod coffee maker from Wayfair on 6/29/2026. After 3 months of use the coffee maker just quit on us. After reading the Troubleshooting online I took the steps but it still didn't work. I called customer service twice about this and had to send in a copy of my receipt (which I had) and a copy of the QR code on the back of the machine for the serial number. After a short time I received an email declining my claim saying I did not have the proper purchase documentation (I HAD THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT) It is clear that this company does not stand by their warranty agreement. The person running this company must have previously worked in the insurance industry with the deny deny deny philosophy. I was supposed to receive a call back from the customer service and I never received one.

Philippines customer service dept won't help.
I have been a long-time customer of Keurig, and their company as gone to crap. I get a regular auto-ship order. Their service has been getting worse an worse.
My recent shipment appeared undamaged, but inside the bags of coffee were cut open and the box was filled with loose coffee.
I called customer service and spoke with three different people. They did not listen to me, just read from a script. They barely spoke English. My total time on the phone was close to an hour.
Here is what I learned:
• Keurig does not issue refunds for damaged shipments
• They will only give you coupons which are not redeemable on auto-ship orders
• The people I spoke with informed my they can only say what is on their scripts
• Their customer service reps are unaware the Keurig sells regular ground coffee, their scripts only deal with Keurig K-cups and coffee-makers.
• The customer service department is located in THE PHILIPPINES!
I am looking for an alternative who sells my brand of coffee. Stay away from this company.

The Keurig false responce to legitimate clame
The Keurig descaler bought on Amazon just killed the Keurig K-Express Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, Black | 3 Brew Sizes, 42oz that was bought on Amazon as well.As a result of a call to customer service (extremely difficult) I received an Email with instruction to provide serial number and proof of purchase. I took photos of both and submitted to the Keurig. The coffee maker was purchased on 6/10/2026 and delivered on 611/2026. Below is the pasted email I received from Keurig:
We have received your photos for your proof of purchase. Upon review, we regret that we are unable to accept your photo(s) as they do not meet our requirements per our warranty policy. We could not process your request due to one the following reasons:
*Serial number is not valid.
*Proof of purchase provided is not valid.
*Proof of purchase shows a purchase date outside of our 1-year warranty.
*Proof of purchase states brewer was purchased “Used.”
*Proof of purchase provided is not from an authorized retailer.
If you have any further questions, you may reach us at (866) 901-BREW (2739). Should you need to call, please reference the SR# in the subject of this email for faster processing.
Not a single reason for rejection was correct. Moreover it indirectly accused me for submitting false documents. It took another long call to Keurig (Philippines) to resolve the issue. My conclusion is Keurig's algorithm for processing legitimate claims is set to DENY first and wait for follow up if any. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service I've bought 2…
Terrible customer service I've bought 2 different Keurig duo and I shit you not within weeks the single side went out. Four months to the date the carafe side went out. Keurig did me good when the first one went out, they replaced it but then when the replacement did exactly the same thing they tried saying that the problem must be my fault. I told the CS lady that I only use bottle water in my coffee she told me that I should try tap water. I just gave up will never buy Keurig again.

Planned obsolescence
Planned obsolescence? After a decade or more of replacing a $100+ Keurig every 18 months or so due to lack of support when support could be reached, I finally switched to another brand. Everyone's complaint is the same. Why is Keurig allowed to continue scamming consumers?
"Turned it on and off while holding this button? Oh, then, it is the motherboard and oh shucks.. you are just out of warranty."

⭐ 1 STAR
⭐ 1 STAR — DON’T BUY THIS MODEL UNTIL YOU READ THIS!
I purchased the Keurig Supreme Plus because I specifically wanted hotter coffee. I expected temperatures around 180°F, but the machine consistently produced coffee at only about 169–170°F.
After contacting Keurig, they sent me the Supreme Plus SMART at no additional charge because this model was supposed to brew hotter and, more importantly, allow me to schedule my coffee in advance.
That programmable feature was one of the MAIN reasons I wanted this machine.
Unfortunately, it does NOT work reliably.
Here is what makes absolutely no sense: if it is 6:00 PM and I schedule the machine to brew at 6:30 or 7:00 PM, it works. But if I go to bed around 9:00 PM and schedule it to brew at 6:00 AM the next morning, it does NOT brew.
Isn’t having your coffee ready when you wake up the whole point of a programmable coffee maker?
I went through troubleshooting and even researched the problem myself. I changed the notification settings involving my Apple Watch and iPhone, including disabling Keurig notifications on the Apple Watch while keeping them enabled on the iPhone.
I followed the recommended steps.
It STILL does not work properly.
Now Keurig wants me to return this machine BEFORE they will send another one. I told them I have no problem returning it, but I asked them to send the replacement first so I would still have a coffee maker to use.
They refused.
So after dealing with a machine whose advertised SMART feature does not work properly, spending my time troubleshooting it, and making multiple calls, I am now supposed to be without a coffee maker while waiting for another replacement.
That is unacceptable to me.
The machine does make good, hot coffee, but that does not excuse a major advertised feature failing to work. If I buy a SMART programmable coffee maker, I expect the SMART programming to actually work — especially overnight when most people would use it!
Before spending your money, research this model and the scheduling and connectivity complaints other owners have reported.
My advice:
DON’T BUY THE KEURIG SUPREME PLUS SMART IF YOU ARE BUYING IT FOR THE PROGRAMMABLE MORNING BREW FEATURE.
There are other Keurig models available. Based on my experience, I would stay away from this one.
For a coffee maker called “SMART,” it should be a lot smarter than this.
