I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase experience. I bought chairs from this seller and have received no updates about the shipping process. I’ve sent multiple emails, but they haven’t bothered to respond. There’s zero communication, and I’m left wondering if I’ll ever receive my order. Very unprofessional and frustrating!

Hola. Compré una silla el 30 de noviembre para regalo de navidad. Recibí el mensaje de que se había realizado la compra. A partir de ahí ninguna novedad más. He mandado mail y sin respuesta ninguna. El seguimiento me dice que no hay nada y así seguimos sin respuesta a los mail y sin regalo para mi hijo. Espero que se pueda solucionar y sin respuesta ninguna no tengo respuesta tal vez tomo otras medidas para este tema más serias.

contacto nulo con ellos, pedi 2 sillas desde el 30 noviembre, crearon la etiqueta en GLS el 2 de diciembre, pero no le han entregado las sillas aun, no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos, llegara reyes y ni una contesta. mi numero pedido #KD8591

J'ai commandé un fauteuil ergonomique le 14 décembre 2024, j'ai bien été débité de mon achat et aucune nouvelle de ma commande. J'ai relancé plusieurs fois via le site et en envoyant des mails, pas de réponse. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour lancer une procédure de remboursement vu que le numéro de téléphone est au USA. Si quelqu'un a une info à me transmettre. Merci

Was excited to try the chair out as I have back issues and have been unable to sit up for much time. I ordered the chair on Black Friday and it stated 3-4 day shipping. It is now the 23rd of December and still no chair. I understand that shipping can be delayed and slow during this busy time, but over 3 weeks is unacceptable. It is common knowledge that people ordering and shopping online during Black Friday expect their purchases to arrive before Christmas. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the office chair on Dec 3. The advertisement said 3 day deliver, but there was a weekend, so expected delivery was Dec 9. After 15 more days of no delivery. The delivery status said the UPS label was created, but UPS did not have possession of the item. After another few days of trying to contact the company with absolutely no response, I am pursuing a refund through the payment processor. Do not deal with this company.

I was told my chair was lost in shipping. They also said if I would approve another color that the chair would be sent out that day with expedited shipping. Since then there has been no contact what so ever, they did however not have any problem taking my money. I can't get anyone on the phone and they will not answer an e-mail. Might be the worst experience I have ever had. This was a Christmas gift for my Autistic son and I can't get a hold of anybody!!!
