Excellent chair! The minimal assembly required was simple, all the bolts and pieces fit exactly and cinched in tight! I’m very pleased with my KERDOM chair! How do I ad a picture?

Kerdom has been great regarding any issues we've had with our order. The chairs have endured extensive daily use and remain in good condition. This is a significant investment, and our company looks forward to many more years of use. Thank you!

I recently purchased my second chair from Kerdom; the KD999 office chair, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed. From unboxing to daily use, this chair delivers on every level. Packaging & Assembly: The chair arrived securely packaged with no damage—every part was individually wrapped and clearly labeled, making assembly a breeze. The manual includes detailed pictures and descriptions, so I had the entire chair put together in just 15 minutes. No frustration, no missing pieces—just a smooth setup. Comfort & Design: As a larger person (120kg), I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive and comfortable this chair is. The lumbar mesh support is perfect. It provides firm back relief without feeling as intrusive as a pillow; you just forget it's even there. The 4D adjustable armrests are padded just right, preventing elbow fatigue even after long hours. Durability & Customer Service: This is my second Kerdom chair because the first one held up so well. When I recently had a minor issue with my original chair, customer support was quick, helpful, and resolved everything hassle-free and that's well over a year after having initially bought it. It’s rare to find a brand that stands by its products this well. Final Thoughts: If you need a high-quality, ergonomic, and easy-to-assemble office chair, the KD999 is a fantastic choice. It’s comfortable for all body types, packed with good features, and backed by excellent service.

Seems to be a very nice chair and is comfy and looks nice. Building it was super easy and to the point which I greatly appreciate! It took no longer than 10-15 mins to assemble. very happy

This is a very good chair and just what needed. It is attractive. I couldn't believe the price. I'm sure this chair will last me for 5-6 years. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

A happy medium. My son was excited about a gaming chair and I wanted him to have an ergonomic chair for gaming and school work. This chair met both requirements. Was easy to assemble and comfortable. Does not have the ""flash"" of a gaming chair but is litter and has a smaller footprint.
