In 2023, I bought a chair from them through Amazon. Within a year, one of the armrests of the chair was literally falling apart, falling to pieces, crumbling away. I've never seen anything like it. The plastic just crumbled away. The other one just broke in two. The plastic used is incredibly poor quality. The chair was unusable. I tried to send back to Amazon but they were unable to arrange delivery. Anyway, that's another story. I wrote directly to Kerdom, they promised to send me armrests to repair the chair. They never did, or at least it never arrived. Meanwhile, a year had passed, the warranty period was over, but fortunately Amazon, which is a fair company, refunded the price. I do not want to draw any conclusions, let everyone do it for themselves.

La silla que compré es razonablemente cómoda para el precio que tiene, fácil de montar y el envío fue correcto. Al montarla, constaté que la pieza que regula el respaldo no funciona y me puse en contacto con su departamento de atención al cliente. De ésto hace ya dos semanas y, a pesar de insistir, no tengo respuesta.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto mi pedido #KD8283 fue efectuado el día 29 de octubre y pagado, ahí todo bien el problema viene cuando estuve durante unos días de viaje y al volver a fecha de 17 de noviembre veo que según ellos ha sido entregado a fecha 7 de novembre. Las personas que hay en mi domicilio no ha recibido nada ya he intentado comunicarme dos veces con ellos y 0 respuestas, contacte con DHL ya que son los transportistas y resulta que mi pedido ha sido entregado a Amazon y que debo contactar con esta gente que no existe ni responde. Ya doy constancia que si en una semana no he recibido ninguna respuesta empezaré a tomar medidas legales debido a la falta de respuesta y atención al cliente. Edit: Me han respondido al mail pero de una forma generica y pobre demostrando una vez mas que la atención al cliente brilla por su ausencia. Ante el código que les he enviado de referencia su respuesta ha sido que no tienen stock ignorando por completo la situación en la cual estoy. Nota fecha 27/11/2024: Ellos en el comentario me han dicho que recebiria una actualización el mismo dia y aun estoy a la espera de su supuesta actualización por motivos como estos me reafirmo en no acudir a ellos no tienen ningun trato de atención al cliente.

UPDATE: As I say the bad, so I say the good: after sending another email requesting a refund for my purchase to another email account I found on Youtube, I managed to get the company to contact me and they refunded my money. Their explanation was as follows: "this product is out of stock and our salesman don't know it before. And warehouse send all the products when stock in. So that's the reason" All sorted out!! ------------------------ Don't buy from this store. I placed an order (#KD8403) through the website with delivery in 4 working days. The thing is that the chair is very urgent for me and I was counting on the company to be serious and send the package within the specified time. After writing an email to the support team to check the status of the order, I haven't received any kind of reply. The customer service is terrible and I don't know if I'll get the chair I bought. I'll try to get my money back by writing again to this email address (although I don't know if anyone will read it). After reading your reply, I've written to you 3 times since 21 November to ask for my money back as I bought the chair from another seller. I haven't received a reply from you but, as I told you, I no longer need the chair as I already have another one (which arrived within the timeframe indicated) and therefore, all I want is my money back.

No existe ningún servicio post venta. Compre una silla hace 12 días y no he recibido ningún tipo de avance, seguimiento ni nada. Solamente un correo confirmando el pedido el día que lo hice. He intentado contactar por correo y por el chat, pero no contestan. Nada recomendable

I ordered a chair from this company on 9 november 2024 and I received a mail stating that it will be delivered with 3 or 4 ground day, so I thought I would receive within the next week but I never received anything be it news or my order. They never replied to the email I sent and I think I will definitely refund my order. They are very quick to take the money but for the rest, it seems they doesn't care because they already have your money.

I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a couch and chair. What I received was nothing short of fraudulent. It was completely different from what was advertised. The website offers a free 60 day return, however they have been stalling, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They keep offering a free item or discount instead of providing return labels. This experience is just horrible. UPDATE 11/22/24 NO, they have never sent a return label. In fact, we have been talking and my order has 5 large boxes, and so I believe this is just a comment to ease any concerns about ordering from them. UPDATE 11/26/24 Still no return labels sent. UPDATE 12/2/24 Kerdom offered a refund IF I return the items at my own expense to China. Unbelievable! UPDATE 12/6/24 My credit card company ruled in my favor and I am receiving a refund.

I called Kerdom and asked if I could fit in their wheelchair. I an 6'2" and 230 lbs. I was told comfortably, so I ordered it and received it last Friday, November 17 I was horrified to discover that after assembling it, it was very small and I couldn't fit in. No one answered my calls to Kerdpm or answered my e-mils until last night, Nov 18, offering me $150.00 back and then asked me if I wanted to keep it, as if I have any use for it. But it sounded more like an insult. It seems they don't want to honor their word and accept the chair back, and honestly, I am shocked that Kerdom would play games with a handicapped 81 year man who can't play around with money. Hoping for a better response. I've had the chair for less than a week and have never used it, or even fit in it. Louis Rogers
