I am sorry to say that Keranique did not help my thinning hair. I was really hoping it would. I used it as instructed and although the products are nice, it did nothing for thickening my hair.

This company sends me illegal emails every day, violating the CAN-SPAM act laws. They engage daily with a criminal enterprise and turn a blind eye to federal regulations to increase sales. The law is clear; they are responsible for monitoring companies they hire to manage their marketing. They send "commercial content" daily from a different email address every time, so one cannot block the unwanted spam. I do not trust companies who use illegal and unethical ad tactics. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy - frankly, the ad company they are using is my worst enemy as I get about 30 of these SPAM emails a day. It's a shame they result in illegal and unethical tactics, and they engage with a criminal enterprise to increase business - one must question the companies moral culture. Each violation has a $43,280 penalty per the FCC CAN-SPAM Rule. I am sending a copy of this SPAM to the FCC SPAM enforcement team. I will post this and other similar messages on Trust Pilot every time I get these emails to lower your Trust score. Every interaction I have with your company, I will post another.

This is a scam company. They will charge you 60.00 and another 50 6 weeks later. They do not disclose that each shipment costs over 100.00 each. I called to cancel after a month, got hung up on. The next time I called the rep said he canceled and I wouldn't be charged any further. 2 months later I received another 53.00 charge. When I called to speak to someone the call center said they would continue to charge me again and even though they confirmed I had canceled my account 2 mo the prior. They refused to let me speak to management saying that the call center didn't have anyone in management due to covid. Don't do it! Run the other way! Product sucks anyhow, made my hair feel dry and didn't see any results.

Most people can't comprehend any words that are documented on their techy screens. I had the best experience from "Keranique". Let's set the record clear. I paid $159.00 for my three months supply kit automatic discount. There's two options: Option one is complain about the pricing and receive huge discounts. Option two is breaking down the payment monthly for the three months supply kit if someone can not afford all the funds at once. I recommend the huge savings. Keranique provides another option for you before the four months of using their products and not satisfied or return an empty bottle after using the products. Funds needs to be refunded by request. Most people do not read the terms/conditions and want to blame about false advertisement. Ladies want to complain about expensive vitamins. Keranique vitamins are amazing including their supply kit. Full of nutrients and much love to consume inside the body. Fills your hair with blooming joy which is richer and fuller hair. My hair texture does not feel rough. I would purchase cheap vitamins and my hair would not indicate a difference. After taking these vitamins and supply kit. I feel like I am getting my hair did at the salon. Most ladies want to spend more money on lace fronts, fake hair, weave etc and want to complain about their health. That is why females get upset with me wearing my natural hair. One last thing, I told Keranique to give me a break and they stopped my orders and did not touch my funds after requesting I need a hold for six months or so. Hopefully, someone is not phishing you. The scammers would use any popular company information to make you a victim. I avoid it by searching the legit companies on Google and find official website. Be safe on the internet!

I ordered the "KereViatin" from Keranique for $10. I just wanted to try the vitamins. As soon as I hit ENTER to order the vitamins, I received an email stating that I has signed up for a 90 day subscription of vitamins. I tried to cancel and the customer service person said that I still had to pay $105 for the vitamins. What happened to the full money back guarantee? I'm writing this to warn others DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is deceptive advertising. I plan on contacting the State Attorney's office as well as the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT! I ordered a promotional 30 day supply for $10. I declined any subscription so that I would not be charged monthly. I received the 30 day supply and began taking them. They're not different than any other OTC hair, skin and nails vitamins that you get for much less. Furthermore, I was charged $60 because apparently if you decline the subscription, they automatically begin charging the normal fee. I still don't understand because I declined any further shipments or monthly subscription. So now I have the burden of sending the product they just shipped and I have to pay to ship it back. I am LIVID! $60 for vitamins is a joke and I DID NOT agree to this

SCAMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMM!!!! never again. They will trick you to sign up and when you cancel before the 30 days. Charges will continue to come. Like that stupid Daily Essentials vitamin, I canceled it 3 days before the deadline and they said you only canceled the automatic shipment. So, we have the right to cont. charging you $59.95 every month even though there's no products in the mail. YOU CAN KEEP THE $200 you scammed me and hope your company burns down into ashes. I so believe in KARMA! I refuse supporting companies that provides false advertisements to consumers like myself. To top it off i payed $17 to mail the products back and they also deducted $10 for the shipping.

If I could write a 2-0 I would as my delivery came and all's it had in the broken box that was in a plastic bag from the post office was the free gift of makeup bag and nothing else so I called at 2 tell them in hopes they would just send me something else and all the guy did was try to sell me more and more and more and more and I thought it was 10:00 at night and I tried to get off the phone and he kept putting me on hold very very rude and then took more money out of my bank if you could believe that I warned everybody do not buy from this company it is a scam they will take your money and attach your account
