I have had success with this product however they need to do something about the scent. My hair smells like wet dog.

This company is a big scam. Even after you cancelled your order they will still charge to you even you not sign on auto shipment. They not helping people as they said but causing more stress and agony. Don't dare to give your card information coz they will auto charge you.

PLEASE DO NOT purchase this product using a credit/debit card. If you must have it then use a prepaid card. They will come into your account and take whatever they want in the name of a subscription that you most definitely never signed for. Also good luck trying to cancel and get a refund. I ended up contacting my bank and getting a replacement card. That was the only resolve. And the product dries the hair out. Do your reasearch

This is a scam! Don't trust them they'll charge you even if you cancelled already. They'll send product that you dont order and then when you cancell it they will still charge you. Instead you guys help us single mothers gain our confidence with that growing hair product how bout grow some conscience for over charging us. At this time you stressed people like this charging money like that. Plus a bad customer service for hanging up while im complaining. My blood pressures so high because of that. Aweful product and customer service. You guys just didnt have the conscience.

what a scam, the say that your price for the product is $49.95, than it winds up being 3 xs that amount....Dont buy this product.

They are not trustworthy, after I placed an order, my phone number and email number became the target of fraud. I made a single request and didn’t ask to record my data and they didn’t record it as a continuity of my account ... very bad, zero professionalism and dubious conduct.

I rarely write reviews however, I am upset, disgusted and feel scammed. Keranique ran a special back in November 2020 for $19.95 to try the Shampoo and conditioner. I only wanted to try the special. they sent another supply in Jan 2021 and I returned. I now have had two withdrawals from my acct and I have called 3 times to have this stopped. WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!! I guess I have change my account, but I should I go through the hassle of calling my other creditors to update my account with them. This is a VIOLATION!

I should have checked into their reviews before buying product. BEWARE, they keep charging your account! I found out the hard way. The product just dried out my hair, no regrowth. A total scam. Shame on me for getting sucked in. Stay away from this company...Bald is beautiful!
