I contacted keranique because a month after i received my cancellation email confirmation, I was charged an additional fee of $60. First of all, the contact number provided is not a working number, second of all, the chat box on their home page's customer service representative informed me that I had a balance on a risk free trial that I had ordered. The offer said it was risk free, yet even after i cancelled I was charged!! SCAM if you ask me!!

I researched online trying to find a hair growth system that wouldn’t dry out my hair, ruin hair color done from hair stylist & kenatin treatment. I came cross your hair grow system read everything advertised. I was very excited & couldn’t wait to get started. The first time using the shampoo & conditioner, I will say was really nice. I liked how it felt on my scalp & how it made my hair very soft & shiny. The second time I used it, I noticed my hair seemed a little dry. I went to get my hair colored for the first time in 4 months. The lady made my made a comment on how dry my hair felt before doing all over highlights, toned, & glossed. I thought how could my hair possibly be so dry it made her comment on it. I haven’t had anything done to it in months & I haven’t put hardly any heat on it. Of course, she recommended how I need to have it cut & have a high dollar conditioning treatment that would last up to 14 washes which will also help all the new growth sticking up everywhere. I spend over $300. After several days loving my hair, I washed my hair 2 times with the shampoo & conditioner. Oh my goodness, my hair was extremely dried out, frizzy, & looked awful. It stripped out the color toner, gloss, & the conditioning system. Again, I spent $300 having done. I hate my hair. It made me cry. I really wanted thicker healthier hair. I lost a lot of it do to stress. I lost my fiancé & mother a couple of years ago. Then found out I can’t have children. I now take full time care of my dad that is slowing dying with several dementia all by myself. All I wanted was my hair to grow back without the expense of having super fried, frizzy, ugly colored hair that makes me want to cry & where a hat all the time. I called your customer service to cancel an explain my issues with the product. January 26th. I don’t think he’s very compassionate caring person. He made me not only want all my money back but also be reimbursed for all the money I spend in getting my hair done & sitting in the chair at the salon for 5 hours to have my hair done. (5 hours is nuts but that’s another review) The first time I washed it have it stripped away from the product that advertised it wouldn’t ruin my hair or the color treated hair. I will send you back all the products but I was told I would have to pay for return. I’ve called & emailed several times. It’s been over a week & all I get is someone will contact me in 1 to 2 days. Awful customer service!!!

They advertise 24/7 customer service however that's only if they decide to answer their phone. Left messages never answered other then e-mail saying someone would call. Never happened. When I gathered up my patience to wait for someone to answer, they avoided my question completely and just kept asking questions, I'm guessing from a script, that had nothing to do with my inquiry. In mid sentence, I was connected to a customer survey with out an answer to my simple question about a cap on the shampoo & conditioner! Anyway, besides horrible customer service, the products made my hair feel and look thinner then when I started. Rather then go through the hassle of returning, I paid the balance off and cancelled future shipments. I will find out in a couple months if I'll experience what others have about still being charged & sent shipments even though they had cancelled memberships as well. My advice would be to get minoxidil 5% not the 2% Keranique offers which won't do too much of anything, and stay away from their product line. Most shampoos & conditioners aren't really going to help with hair loss, just the minoxidil that is applied and stays on your scalp.

I would give this product 0 star if I could. The product doesn't work as it claims rather then making my hair falling more. Besides that, when I ordered it, the customer representative said we get a free shipping, but when I returned the product, it subtracted $25 the shipping cost. The first shipment was charged me $31.75 on 10-13-20, and my understand that it will be my monthly charge, but no,,, my second shipment was $63.49 on 11-12-20. I called to cancel the product, and now today, they charged me $52.95.... Be careful with this company!

Don't fall for the trial offers. I agree to a $19.99 trial and 6 months later they have billed my card for $564.94. They charging me for $65.58 for some vitamins I never agreed to purchase and sent back but they did not refund. I have tried to cancel but they just keep charging me and now they don't even send any products! Waste of time and money!!!

It is definitely a scam. They will keep charging you unless you call them to cancel.

Si pudiera dar zero lo haría, keranique es una compañía abusiva con el único fin de robar dinero a sus cliente bajo el disfraz de “autoship”. Te siguen cobrando aunque hayas cancelado, ellos decían que les sigues debiendo un balance. Cancele antes de que me enviaran el producto y aún así me sacaron dinero dm mi cuenta y todavía según ellos les debo un balance de más de 200 dlls 😱 son unos descarados. Spam !! HORRIBLE Company! I gave these products a fair shot and tried to cancel. Non-English speaking customer service person offered a 50% discount to keep trying the product. Besides not actually doing what they promise, they charge you multiple times, claiming you owe for the first half, then the second half, then again over and over!! I cancelled my auto pay in hopes they'd discontinue shipping and charging me only to be told that, no, I still owed for the second half of an order from October. My records say they charged me on November 29, then I got yet another bill in the mail. I ONLY paid the mailed invoice in an attempt to keep this shady company from ruining my credit over $57 dollars even though I'd already paid it. These are expensive products that do not work, they only make what hair you DO have greasy. Buyer beware!!!
