STAY AWAY, SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Even if you opt out of the subscription after the first paypent, the fine print says you owe them $107 and they have the right to continue to bill you. I put this on my Amex and they have been fighting my chargeback dispute saying I agreed to being charged again despite the fact that THEY NEVER SENT A SECOND SHIPMENT. It's in the FINE PRINT that they can charge you even when you cancel. SCAM SCAM SCAM! And to make it worse, I saw the same product in CVS store recently at a cheaper price.

Horrible product. When I washed my hair it turned into a bird's nest! It took everything to get the conditioner through it.

They have the worst customer service. They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card! Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges. I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait. I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps. Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working. Okay. Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product. Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice. SCAMMERS!!!

Unbelievable scam!!! So mad!! I opted for the free 30 day supply for the shipping cost of $10.78. Don’t believe it when they say “free upgrade” to 90 day supply because they will be wanting another $107. I would have never upgraded if I knew and they don’t take returns so I’m counting on it to work or counting on the 120 day money back guarantee😞

I would give a zero if I could . I Received a box I did not order .Every month they are charging my account without authorization,and they won’t refund my money. This company is a SCAM

SCAM! They subscribe you without you knowing it! You only realize after a month they still charge you! Sucks! Just refund my money already!

. You think your purchasing a cheap trial kit for $19.99 but it’s a subscription and once you give your credit card there’s no going back. I realized when I received the confirmation of the order that it was a subscription for over $60 a month. I immediately tried to cancel and the customer service rep convinced me to wait and call her after I received it and she would reduce the subscription cost by 50%. Today I called. A very rude girl named Nicole said she couldn’t do 50% only 30% so I told her to cancel. She kept arguing with me but I wasn’t arguing it was simple if she couldn’t give me what was offered to just cancel. She kept arguing very rude. Some people should not work in customer service.

I did not experience hair regeneration. The conditioner is average for detangling but left my hair lifeless and slightly greasy. The automatic order system should be eliminated. It is a pain and smells of desperation to sell more product.
