Tried uploading passport pdf but no acknowledgement of receive or active green button allowing me to proceed appeared. Tried again with same result. Tried e-mail with mobile phone photo - send OK but still no active green button. Message received saying 'blockage on the super-highway' with 'please 'try later' added; this after I had already authorised payment. Surely you should only be asked to authorise payment once the application is recorded as being complete? I became very concerned.
