Wasted alot of money on Adjustabell and addons. I didnt get my stuff i orderd for like one months ago. and got no reply on my refund email aswell.

I was so excited to try these new innovative products so ordered a wide range. Parcel arrived today with only half of the order inside, no packing slip, and an email that says “order complete”!!! There is no email to contact and only one foreign phone number to call to discuss with anyone, that nobody answers, and their mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I have opened a case with Paypal to get refunded for the missing pieces, but also have to say that the pieces that I received are of a second rate quality: scratched, loose fitting rubber etc. The items that were sent were rammed into a plastic bag, then Sellotaped tightly and handed to Evri. I am very disappointed and expected a greater level of professionalism. Well…I at least expected to receive what I paid for.

Purchased the new 2” extension sleeves. It doesn’t come with collars and the collars from Vest do NOT fit. They also have not responded to emails.

Only half of my order was delivered. There is only one contact number to talk to someone and she won't answer and her mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I'll never o rder directly from this company again! Also they had no problem charging me for the item but can't ship it!

An absolute must for any home gym with no dumbells. I had a set fro. 5lbs-60lbs and I sold them as soon as I received my kensui adjustabell set. I would highly recommend getting 2 or 3 sets. So you can keep a set for curls and another set ready for chest! Buy buy buy!

I ordered one of the Max version vests at over $200. While the product arrived quickly to the UK (around a week) it arrived defective and is not useable. I have contacted Kensui 3 times in around 10 days and have had ZERO response from them. Their customer service is non existent. I will be trying to claim the cost back through my bank seen as Kensui clearly have no interest in rectifying issues. If you order you may be okay if the product is working. If there is any issue then you won’t get a reply so I would 100% avoid.
