Als ich dem Support eine Email schreiben wollte, kam die postwendend zurück. Und tatsächlich, die Email auf der Webseite passt nicht mal zur Domain. Der Laden kann nicht echt sein.

I got to know about Kensui through my Facebook feed. So far, I purchased the Ankr weight shoes, the EZ weightvest and the Swissies. All of these work wonders for me: the Ankr shoes allow me to clip whatever weight to my legs to do lower ab work, or leg work. Thanks to the smart design, the shoe keeps the weight exactly where it needs to be, no matter how I swing my lower body around. It's easily the best leg-weight solution out there! There was a small mistake in the delivery of my Ankr's, but Kensui fixed that straight away, super fast and super professional! The EZ vest is another gem for my fitness routine: the vest can take a massive amount of weight and yet, it's also the vest that allows me the most freedom of movement when I do weighted pull-ups dips or push-ups. Super sturdy material and... I'm a relatively small guy, but the vest still fits perfectly! The swissies are easily the most versatile pull-up accessory I've ever used, though I also use them for some push up work on a lowly racked bar or on the straps of my athletic rings. I also took the rotating straps and angle modifiers so I have all options to go from any suppinated position to any pronated position as I push or pull. I can highly recommend this as it puts your muscles on FIRE! But one of the benefits of the swissies I have not seen mentioned elsewhere: I also use them for hanging leg raises: the neutral grip and the design of the swissies almost completely cancels out all swinging momentum you can sometimes build up in a set of hanging leg raises. So I highly recommend Kensui! Great products and great service!

Ordered the handles on the 2nd of January. They did not arrive until the 29th. Overall I am pleased with the product, but it's too soon to judge how they hold up.

Customer support is pretty much absent and item arrived defective/falling apart. I've been waiting to hear back for over 3 weeks regarding basic product information in an email exchange. and phone calls go straight to voicemail. My YinYang Pros arrived with no padding or protection, just a thin form fitting box. They were sloppily assembled and the screw didn't even line up; resulting in one end falling off immediately after removing them from the box.

Ordered the vest but it still hasnt arrived, no responses from customer service

Same problem as others have mentioned. Ordered their tokyo bar 3 weeks ago. They give you the runaround when you inquire about your order. You get a real sense that they are either blitz scammers or just incredibly incompetent.

I ordered the EZ Vest along with the XT sleeves. As I was about to checkout they offered me the XT sleeves at a better discount so I accepted it but then the order was immediately confirmed before I was able to review it and remove the XT Sleeves I had previously added. I contacted them straight away by email and phone. They ignored all my emails and calls and just proceeded with my order. They had plenty of time to cancel the extra sleeves but they ignored me. I was very reluctant to post this review because I like their products but their customer service is a disgrace as well as the way they deceived me to duplicate my order. I have reported them to my bank for fraud. Dispute is ongoing. Avoid this company.
