I had an issue with my adjustabell peg not screwing in and reached out to Kensui via email. They responded right away and sent me a new piece to switch out! So quick and efficient! I love Kensui!

I’m not usually so easily swayed, but I left a one-star review earlier because the dumbbell broke on the first use. It was my fault because I dropped it, but I was still upset. Kensui I reached out to me, unsolicited, and provided a free replacement. They very politely told me these are not made to be dropped. I am very happy with the customer service, especially because I did not expect it.

Id’ give no stars if possible. I bought 2 sets of handles with extenders and only received the cheap ones. Still haven’t received the remaining product and it’s been almost 2 months. This company is a total scam! Buy something else from a reputable company. Don’t waste your money with them.

I had an older model of the EZ vest with the air mesh liner that started to fall apart (after years of continuous use) and I was sent the new updated liner with absolutely no questions asked. It’s impressive that Kensui continues to not only come up with new innovative products, but they improve on their existing ones as well. They earned my lifetime loyalty!

The sleeves on the vest (that you attach the weights to) aren't long enough to add a second weight. I can only put one plate on each side. This means that I would need two 35kg+ weights in order to reach the vest maximum. It also means that I cannot increase the load in standard increments. This means the next available increment from 10kg would have tobe 20kg (due to only being able to put one weight on each sleeve.) It's not acceptable for someone using the vest for pull-ups. I contacted customer service because, whilst longer sleeves are available (at extra cost), they are not compatible with the PRO (which is the second most expensive vest of 3). Poor product and even worse service.

Really great easy to use equipment. Well designed, high quality and good value.
