Item was never sent after more than a week from date of purchase. Nor they answer emails days after being sent. They'll sneakily give you a "tracking number" immediately after purchasing, but that's just a facade. Nearly 20% negative reviews is not a coincidence and even trustpilot website warns about them using the reviews inappropriately.

Kensui Fitness is a creative innovator of fitness solutions. I purchased an EZ-Neck, neck strengthening device (love it) and have my eye on a few others. Pricing is good, shipping was fast and quality is excellent. I will always check Kensui Fitness whenever I have an idea or a need for new gear.

I ran across an ad for Kensui Fitness not long ago and remembered I'd heard some good things about them in other gym equipment reviews. Kensui was running a Black Friday special on an E-Z Bar they call The Kyoto. I grabbed it and have had a great experience with lifting with the Kyoto for a few weeks now and can say it is by far my favorite E-Z bar I've ever used. The deep angling is exactly as advertised. It doesn't put my elbow/arm in the awkward position for curls that has injured me before. The Kyoto has a nice medium knurl that's grippy but not scraping my skin. I wondered about the length, since it is rackable, but so far my skull-crushers have been easy to handle. I've even started using the Kyoto for overhead presses because I like the shoulder position the angled grip allows doesn't hurt my shoulders. The Kyoto is solid and well-engineered - totally happy I got it (and my son and son-in-law really like it too).

Lots of communication about what the product does and when I ordered it there's lots of communication about the delivery. The delivery was also under a week! And they put a thank you note in the product packaging and send emails saying thank you overall a very wholesome more personal experience when I order from Kensui Fitness. The products themselves are also very innovative and useful if you like weighted calisthenics exercise!

Solid gear & good people Been using Kensui gear for a while now and honestly really happy with it. The equipment feels well thought out, durable, and easy on the joints, which is a big plus for me. Customer support has also been great quick replies, clear explanations, and they actually try to help instead of giving copy-paste answers. Stuff happens sometimes, but they’ve handled everything fairly and professionally. Definitely a brand I’ll keep using and recommend.

Very good equipment for home training. I ordered the Kensui AdaptaBELL and the quality is truly there. The equipment is well designed and perfectly suited for home use. A special mention as well for the customer service, which is responsive and efficient. Many thanks to Rémy, who is particularly friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.
