These angled neutral-grip attachments hook securely onto any standard pullup bar or barbell . The grips feel solid and comfortable in hand, with great knurling that locks you in during heavy lat pulldowns, pull-ups, or rows. The neutral positioning has seriously reduced strain on my wrists and shoulders compared to straight pronated grips, and the ability to flip or adjust for different angles adds nice variety to back and bicep work. Super versatile, easy to toss in a gym bag, and solid build quality. If you're tired of fixed-grip bars or dealing with elbow/bicep tweaks, these are worth every penny. Highly recommend! I ordered the swissies last month and i have much more comfort during my workouts. I like that I can use it whilst travelling as most gyms that i have been to do not have a lot of variations for pull ups. The product feels versatile and durable. I would like to check out other products like the swissies.
