I was having some issues with my docking station. Customer service made it right quickly and painlessly. They sent me a replacement which has been working flawlessly for several months now. I've owned several Kensington products in the past and hadn't experience problems. It's comforting to know that, if you have an issue, they stand by their products and have helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people for support.

If you have any level of technological competence, good luck with there support. You can layout out every troubleshooting step you’ve performed and you’ll still get a copy and paste response. I work in technology and would never recommend them

Received an email response from technical support within 24hrs. They gave detailed instructions for the issue and followed up. Very happy with the service I received.

Support provided the solution for the correct download for my Expert Mouse wired which I couldn't find online.

I've used a Kensington trackball for decades in my work as a record and video producer it's an essential part of my workflow. Using the "Right Click" button on the Trackball as the keyboard "Return" saves me time AND allows me to work without lifting my right hand from the "Expert Mouse" trackball. For a while, this feature stopped working and the new software didn't work on my new Mac. I emailed Support at Kensington and Rehana sent me detailed instruction to restore this feature and to reinstall the Expert mouse software. It works perfectly now! Thank you Rehana and Kensington for your excellent customer support!

Unbelievably fast and brilliant support. Didn't think that existed in this day and age. Looking for parts and they quickly replaced a roller FROM 19 YEARS AGO. Knew the design was exceptional. No idea they backed it up this meticulously. Repeat, quick, personal communication with a heads-up at every step from inquiry to delivery. Best I've ever encountered.

Bought 5 privacy screens that were for a specific device. They didn't work (kept turning screen off). Raised a support ticket with Kensington who said there is nothing they can do. Then closed the support call. And ever since then have sent me repeated messages saying they are closing the call. The call is close. Surveys about how happy I was with the service. Multiple times a week for months. Clearly something is broken but they won't do anything about it. I have now blocked their email just to stop them. Their last email today told me to come here and leave feedback so that's what I am doing.
