Having a real issue with this Kensington company. Ordered a TB900 trackball on 7/19/26. My credit card was immediately charged. As of 9/24/26 the product still has not shipped. Kensington supports says they don't know when it will ship. In fact, today I was told the product has been cancelled and my order has been cancelled and yet they still have had my money for 9 weeks. Very unprofessional.

I asked their support teams for a way to buy some replacement bolts for one of their products, to be able to keep using it *and* I was willing to pay for it. I was told they didn't sell/give out spare parts, even for current products. This is really irresponsible business practice and terrible for the environment.

I have been using the Kensington Pro Fit Ergo keyboard and mouse combo as my daily driver for work, and I recently calculated that I’ve logged over 5,100 hours (600 working days!) of heavy typing on it. It’s hands-down one of the most comfortable, wrist-saving ergonomic setup I've ever owned. I literally used it so much that I typed the letters right off the keys! I reached out to their support team to ask about my warranty, and they were absolutely fantastic. The process was smooth, the reps were incredibly helpful, and they totally stood behind their product. It is rare to find a company these days that makes such reliable, heavy-duty office gear AND backs it up with world-class customer service. THANK YOU!

Even for a device that wasn’t very expensive and at least a year old, they treated the issue with great response and highly skilled support. The problem was fully resolved and they communicated and updated me throughout!

I love the trackball, but it suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and was so impressed with the entire process. Everything was quick and professional, with only the necessary troubleshooting steps and clear instructions. I was then guided to follow Kensington’s instructions to start the replacement process. I was very happy with the experience and especially impressed by how efficient and hassle-free the entire process was.

The last Kensington Pride Mango (No 5739) was absolutely tasteless. I don't know if it was picked green and artificially ripened or what .... but they are usually delicious and full of flavour.

I have been fighting Kensington for + key replacement for my Kensington Pro Fit Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard, Bluetooth - Black (K75401US) for weeks now. Im a tech and regularly replace keyboard keys. I JUST NEED A NEW + key dammit!
