This is my second time ordering hair from Kendra's Boutique, excellent hair that last.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Kendra Boutique. As a long-time, loyal customer, I've consistently bought from them, but the quality has drastically declined. I recently bought tape-in extensions, and the quality is very poor. The hair is nappy, dry, and brittle, and the tape's glue doesn't stick. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high price. To make matters worse, I've emailed them three times with no response. It's clear that the hair is not raw, but a synthetic mix, and the overall quality is not what it used to be. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site, as you will likely be disappointed. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore, and their customer service is non-existent. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.

It is an actual pleasure to interact with their customer service. Immediately, after making my purchase, I realize I had selected the wrong type of hair, I was able to call their customer service and speak with a live person, who was able to change my order and have it shipped out to me without delay. Additionally, the quality of this hair is top of the line and I have been able to reuse the same hair for almost 2 years. I am a forever customer. 

Hair quality is good. Light like real light shedding. I ordered 3 bundles Burmese curly & a frontal. I was satisfied with the hair quality bundles were full. Kendra’s never miss & it’s worth the money. The last purchase was about 3 years ago and I got 4 installs out of it and a swoop ponytail. I hope to get the same usage out of this purchase as well. Delivery was fast also!

They definitely have to be writing their own reviews because baby Kendra Boutique hair is GARBAGE NOW!! Kendra Boutique starting servicing celebrities and left us regular people hanging she out to be ashamed of herself for charging so much for those thin split end weft bundles!

The hair is very fill. I haven't had it installed yet, but I know that I will like it.
