Kendra's BoutiqueReviews of kendrasboutique.com

I ordered the new water wave wig! It’s supposed to be a medium cap but it’s actually a small and will not fit my head! I have over 30 medium wigs and have no problem! They try to blame it on my head! Instead of saying this is a new product and we will look into it! They never once apologized for the inconvenience but shifted ALL THE BLAME ON ME! Now I’m left with a too little wig and out of 500 dollars! They could have had the decency to say we will give you a few dollars off your next purchase! Instead they took no accountability and said OH WELL!! BE AWARE THE WATER WAVE WIGS RUN EXTRA SMALL !!

Great hair quality

I LOVE my bundles they are so soft I can’t wait to get them installed I will definitely be shopping again!

This is the 2nd time ordering from Kendra and I must say, I am so confused by the bad reviews. I hope the quality doesn't decline as others have experienced. But so far, I've had a great experience with great hair that is easy to color. The hair is thick and full and the 6X6 closure I purchased is very versatile. I used to buy from HER Imports until they closed so that is why I switched to Kendra; so far so good!

This is my last time ordering.they make yoj pay $20 for shipping and it's been 11 days and my order has yet to ship. You can't call because they don't answer and the mailbox is full. They don't respond to emails..... it's a lot of money to spend to not be able to check your order. ....I will stick to beauty supply hair, at least you know what you are getting. Or alipearl, they do respond.

I love my hair
