The hair is super thinner than normal

I believe Kendra boutique experience was great I got 1 date and it was here 2 days before very great

I love the hair. I have been purchasing this hair for 5 years and it is amazing.

The bundles are smaller than they use to be and the prices have gone up. I expected the same volume of hair that was ordered in the past.

I want to update my previous review. I truly appreciate the customer service, I received today. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. She was professional, kind, and really took the time to make things right. It means a lot to me when a business listens and values it's customers. Thank you Ashley for turning my experience around. I'll definitely keep spending!!😊

Very disappointed in the hair quality and customer service. I ordered hair from them almost 6 years ago and the hair was flawless, I still own it. So I decided to order my daughter some this year. We got body wave. After installing, within weeks the hair began to smell like burnt popcorn! Washed this hair almost 6 times, ends look shredded to crap and the hair just constantly smells burnt! When I called to explain my confusion compared to my prior purchase, the lady was rude and very defensive. Blamed everything on me. Basically tried to call me dirty for not washing it the first install even though we washed it numerous times after. “If it was me, I would NEVER just put hair straight out the pack on my head!” … it wasn’t her who spent $500 on hair that didn’t even last 6 months so she didn’t care. I have bragged about Kendra’s boutique for the last few years. I now have nothing good to say about them and will never purchase this hair again.
