Honestly this hair is garbage, I paid a $1000 for a 30" full Lace blonde wig and it is literally garbage, the hair is subtle a poor. It gets tangled and nodded at the roots and it's thin and I will never wear it and when you get it wet it's Like 2 different textures and it Is so dry there is no amount Of water or conditioner or anything you can Due to it to make it feel normal. It's stiff and gross

I absolutely love my platinum blonde bundles!!! I was referred to this company by my hairstylist..Demetria Scott in Memphis Tennessee and I have always been so satisfied with my bundles!! KENDRA'S BOUTIQUE customer service is phenomenal, the communication is phenomenal, the delivery process is phenomenal, and presentation is a big factor...the packaging is even phenomenal!! I order hair at the beginning of October, I received and email saying it was shipped on the 10th, by 10/18 I still Didn’t have any update.Your gave me and extra bundle I’m sure for the inconvenience . However, don’t allow customers to order if the product isn’t in stock. Other than that, I’m a loyal Kendra’s customer.

I have to say the customer service is genuinely impeccable I made a mistake and they helped me correct it and was so pleasant on the phone and Willing to help and acted like they actually cared and I have to tell you in this day and age I get so frustrated buying almost anything because people treat you so horrible. I received the hair and it’s beautiful it has a beautiful curl to it or wave to it I wish each tape-in was a little thicker so if you want a full head for sure you will need at least 4 bundles but beautiful hair! it looked amazing and performed amazing when I had it installed and still so beautiful.
