My order arrived fast. I was very impressed with the wait time. Packaging was absolutely beautiful and highly presentable. Presentation is everything. The hair is so soft and smooth with minimal shedding.

This is my first time purchasing hair from Kendra's Boutique. I've seen a lot of great social media reviews for years and finally decided to try their brand and I'm very glad that I did. I had the hair installed yesterday and the hair is gorgeous and great quality. They've gained a new customer for sure.

I ordered bundles three weeks ago. Two weeks ago I receive a FedEx tracking number but when I contact FedEx they say they still haven;t been given the parcel! Kendras boutique basically took my money when they don't even have the hair in stock!! They don't respond to my several emails. And comment I leave on their social media asking where my package is; they delete!! This is why you only ever see rave comments on their insta! They delete all the others! Three weeks late and I have no bundles and no refund! I'm actually going to pursue this further, because I'm quite sure taking money under false pretences (pretending you have the stock) is illegal!
