Great hair, will order again.

BEWARE! They take your money and weeks later tell you the item is out of stock and then take their time to give You a refund. When trying to contact them about an issue they block You on Social Media!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give the Kendra’s Boutique a 0 because that’s what they are TRASH!!!

Kendra hair has always been the best!! never had bad hair not once. I have all my hair from about 6/7 years ago if remember correctly.. basically I was one of her first customers! All my hair from her is still perfect, no knotting, hardly any shredding unless I’m being heavy handed.

I love the quality of the hair. I will definitely recommend this company.

Kendra's hair can be hit or miss. But she's getting ridiculous with her prices; she is even charging additional money for a 22” now and doesn't even provide free shipping; she should at least do that. I mean, about time you check out. You're spending $500 plus.

Kendra’s Boutique was an amazing experience. I ordered my hair and was able to make an edit to my order within hours. The customer service was on point. I received my hair within two days although shipping said 5-6 days. The hair was amazing quality.i originally Installed it over the summer and I was able to reuse the hair and the curl pattern was still in tact. I still have that hair and the curls are still poppin. Well worth the money. I just placed an order for more

Do not order from this boutique. She does not answer calls or follow up on emails if you have the wrong order. She takes money but no customer satisfaction. You file to file a dispute.
