Keababies saved the day! Sent a replacement frame with glass right before Mother's Day! The first glass frame broke during shipment but they were able to send me another one just in time!

The box came damaged, however items were safe, requested a replacement of the box but request was denied. Customer service could have been better, but product were cute. Mugs are just for show, i doubt they can handle constant hot and cold transitions as the are thin layered. Mugs aren’t dishwasher safe so thats bummer. I feel this is for good showoff than for actual use.
