Perfect, the customer service or the product !

The first order that was delivered was missing bibs, but Kea Babies customer service was next level and they delivered a whole new pack of them within days! The bibs are cute and super soft, too!

there was an address error and what I ordered was not what I intended. They took care of everything with a simple e mail to their support. The toddler pillow I ordered was received with all the glee a toddler can muster!

KeaBabies bibs are my favorite among the many brands I've tried, so I eagerly placed an international order. Unfortunately, another product was mistakenly sent to me. After contacting their customer service, I was connected with a great representative (Chinkee), who was helpful and understanding. Although I was not able to receive the product that I really wanted, their customer service gave me the confidence to buy their product again if given the chance.

KeaBabies is truly the best and has the best customer service a customer could ever ask for. I had ordered a frame from them, that unfortunately arrived damaged, but they were very quick and kind to resolve the issue right away. Such a great company! Very satisfied!
