I got the 4oz glass jars and lids for a baby shower gift. Began using them when baby was 6mos. She is now 11 mos. The dishes are always placed on the top rack of dishwasher. I almost cut my hand when unloading because a glass dish cracked due to heatstress. Of course the 1 year warranty expired and the company said "too bad, you get nothing." Then I left a 1 star review on their website and complained to the Consumer Safety Council and then I get an email from company with a "Oh, well, sorry again, here's $5 off your next purchase." I bought another pack of 6 of the 4oz glass jars, with a new 1 year warranty and as my remaining glass jars break due to heat stress, I will simply utilize my 1 year warranty, over and over and over again. 😉

Love this little frame kit! We received as a gift. The first one we got had a damaged frame, but customer service was great. Very communicative, and they sent out a replacement kit promptly no problem! Thank you!!!

I ordered the goat hair brush and I love this product. Not only is the quality great it’s super soft on your baby’s head and hair. I have also previously ordered the changing mat which I love and they have so many designs to choose from. Definitely recommend there products.

I received a keababies diaper bag at my baby shower and I first want to talk about the product itself. It is very well designed, cute, and incredibly spacious. I somehow managed to rip the zipper area of the bag within a couple of months of use and reached out to customer service to see if I could possibly get a replacement. After providing proof of purchase they happily replaced my bag which I am extremely grateful for. I will continue to buy more from this company and recommend to friends!
