After I register on the website, KeaBabies was very thoughtful and sent me a surprise gift. They were very gracious throughout the entire process. I accidentally ordered a size too big because the description online was different than the age range on the hats when they arrived. Definitely get a small for 0-6months. I reached out about exchanging and they resolved the issue quickly. They are cute, well-made hats.

Yes I made the mistake putting 305 instead of 304 but then their delivery people delivered to 210? So how’s it 100% my fault. After that they’ve ghosted me about a replacement. Edited to add they now say they’ve reshipped due to be delivered on 11/10
