I will have to say that they people were not rude, but I had to give it 1 star because the chair was a complete waste of $ 2,000. My mother can't even use it because it goes too fast for her. I asked if they could slow it down, but they said no. Make sure your elderly has excellent control of their fingers or you'll be wasting your money.

Company failed to deliver chair and did not refund my credit card . Bank of American credited my credit card I do not recommend this company!!!!!

Yes I would recommend this chair to anyone. .The accessory chair case is not a good value.I have to use tape to hold it together. The sipper and pocket are faulty features.
