Kdp AmazonReviews of kdp.amazon.com

Horrible frkn experience. I uploaded my ebook. Clucky experience but I published it. I noticed after that I have a type in the Title (one letter). Ha, it's been 7 days since I corrected it and it's still not updated.

Anyone trying to publish a book through here??? Leave and go publish to Barns and Noble. I fought these people for over a week and a half to publish my kids comic and kept getting emails on how they think I’m not the creator and that it doesn’t categorize as a kids comic yet nobody offered to help me correct the issue. The book is a kids comic! I am the owner of it! I wrote and illustrated it and I have proof! After fighting with them for several days I finally get an email saying it’s been approved that it’ll be published in 72 hours. Well, after 72 hours, they send another email saying it’s been blocked again due to it being in the wrong category and then thinking I didnt create the book. Yeah, I’m done. As an author and illustrator, I suggest you save your precious time and go somewhere that knows how to communicate with people.

Negative to the umpteenth power! Same here as everyone else. I was making over $4,000 a month. Was falsely accused of having a second account. I lost my royalties, and my emails now keep getting answered by a bot. Extremely negative all round experience.

If I could, I would put 0 stars. Same story here. They wait until you're bringing in some money, and then they steal it from you with their cheap excuses, close your account, and pocket your royalties. I did not expect anything better from this bunch of thieves. I honestly hope that they spend all the stolen money on medicines. My only regret is that I did not read these reviews before coming across this criminal enterprise. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! They'll just bring you grief.

I was notified that I have a book that violates Amazon rules, (so they deleted it) I don't have to do anything else right? Two days later they terminated my account I pay 12,000 dollars a month to advertise on their platform and have not received any returns at all (I was supposed to get a quarter of a million dollars) thieves

Horrible experience. I´ve been using KDP to publish my books for 10 years. The experience used to be good, but since 2016 the customer service has been awful. They don´t even read your e-mails, just send you and automatic response ("We´´ll try to find a solution") and that´s all. I´ve lost thousands of euros because of KDP´s delays and mistakes. I don´t recommend it.
